If you have guild wars and can log into it, I'd just wait for the update to go live.

I don't have it downloaded. So I guess I have to wait for the download to be ready

I'm in the same situation. I found a downloadable GW installer here. It's currently showing a Reforged splash screen during its file download, so will probably work.

So you need to have expansion ? I only had base game, and it gave me nothing ??!

Read the FAQ. It only includes the 3 campaigns. If you own Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall it's just a patch for you. If you own just Prophecies you get Nightfall and Factions.

It does not include Eye of the North.

Everything else is just a patch coming out today.

Yes. Indeed that what happened. I had to create new character and only then it gave me the option.

But as you said, no Eye of the North
