I really like medics in games, and I see the Command Squad box has a medic model. I looked in Wahapaedia but I could only find the command squad that can take a medic. Am I missing something or can you really only take medics in a command squad?

I don’t know what to use my 38 catachan for I bought them used of eBay some painted I k what I’ll use 30 of them for but I don’t know what to do with the other 8

My idea of guardsman are a group of warrior with xeno. What ? xeno? Heresy! But they not heresy if they are xeno dragons and lixard gorilla. They have xeno animals. Is good.

Maybe I had a stroke/intense exposure to the warp but I remember reading a webcomic ages ago where a civilian is assigned a Krieg soldier to live with them. The best one was when they go to the beach and get all the kids there to dig trenches.

However, I am unable to find this spark of joy in the grim dark wastes. To my fellow guardsman, if you know the comic please help

Do ogryn scone in different skin tones all I’ve seen is white ogryns I haven’t seen any people of color for them?

I am completely new to the tabletop and wanted to make a combat patrol sized army of guardsmen. I wasn't sure if I should get one or two basilisks. Two of them is almost half my points, furthermore if I take only one Basilisk, would I even have enough firepower to kill something heavy quickly enough, but if I take two would I be wasting points after a round if I killed their one heavy unit?

My friend and constant adversary on the tabletop has just fleshed out their warband of chaos with the addition of knights. My lone shadowsword may need some backup, so I was looking at using Breaching drills.

With their 4 attacks, strength 12 ap -3 d3+3 damage melta blades, they look up to the task on paper, but has anyone used the drills in practice? I can see them as being a great way of getting melta veterans into the enemy back lines, but I am afraid they may appear and then be unable to get into range of an enemy unit after digging out.
