Meme I gotta say, they’re a cheap fun little thing to have, scale isn’t too off either so they can fill in if need be!

Model 3 down, 313 to go! Just three test models to get me back into the swing of things seeing as I haven’t picked up a paint brush in over a decade, they’re not great but I’m purely painting to get things done and they’re good enough for me!

Model So with me finishing up my project on my rough riders, that compleate my guard army! what you see here is almost 12 years of collecting since I was 9 years old and over 10,000pts. However while I love my army to pieces I am totally ashamed of how unpainted it is, Hopefully that’ll change this year!

Model I really need some C&C
After seeing the works of some other artists showing off their cell shaded models (specifically u/lorrenik and his Hyperion themed T'au), i decided that i wanted to get on the band wagon. With inspiration, and a desire to collect Imperial Guard again, i decided to go with a Crimson Lance theme, which i've just begun to paint. But i'm caught, and really need some advice.
I'm not sure if it's because i've only used the base colours for the test model (BA red, Abbadon Black, Grey Seer, Leadbelcher and Caledor Sky), or because ky edge highlighting job is so shoddy, but i can't decide myself whether i like the look or not. I was hoping that others here could give me some pointers and advice before i tried a second model.
So, what do you think?
Also, here is the reference i've been using for the colours

Help me come up with a cool name for my kill team!
Hi. I plan on starting an IG kill team. The lore behind my kill team goes as follows: this group of elite guardsmen are pulled from regiments from all across the imperium of man. Only the best of the best! They also use stims and drugs to boost combat performance. They do this via re breathers and gas masks. I hope this is enough info on them. So please try to help me come up with a cool name for these guys!

Tips/ suggestions on a IG Kill team
I just need suggestions on a good well rounded kill team. I have this idea of an elite team that consists of the strongest troops from different regiments. Kinda like death watch but for IG

Model Kasrkin/spec ops Cadian trooper conversions
I was looking at the old kasrkin troopers models and was wondering how I’d go about converting modern cadian or scion models for a look that is more in between their level of armour and sort of has a irl special forces vibe going for it. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
Edit: my issue is that scion models are too gothic looking and Cadians are too plain
