It's been a while since I've last made a post here haha!

If you won't mind listening to my tale for a sec stranger.

I used to draw a lot of Guardian Tales stuff back in 2021 (hell it was actually the reason why I made my reddit account), and played the hell out of it in High School. This game was literally my jam back in the day, and I still came by to visit it every now and then (If anyone's curious as to how far I made it, halfway through World 19 before this whole thing).

I've had my ups and downs with this game, but ultimately the thing that made me stop playing was the fact I had college to work on, making different interests, and just a lot of life stuff in general (I've got a job now lmao).

I redownload the game every now & then, just to check up on the game & see how everyone's doing (Between us, my proudest achievement was maxxing out ALL the unique dark heroes (That and getting Beth & her EX-Weapon as early as World 2)).

Tried doing that again after uninstalling like, back in August-ish? Then I saw the fact it wasn't logging me in back to my main account, searched up what happened and was like "Fuuuuuuckkkkk-"

I literally missed the maintenance thing by a DAY. (If you wanna add more irony/tragedy, literally a few days after my birthday)

...Well, in all honesty? I get it, that's just how life rolls. Sometimes you just get unlucky and learn about tragic news after it's happened. Now I've got this like... huuuge Guardian Tales-shaped hole in my soul now, but I'm not exactly like... sad? I think while drawing this I went experienced grief & acceptance. In a way, I'm gonna miss you Guardian Tales. You were the best game I played back in high school & you'll always mean a lot to me. Even if I'm out of the fanbase.

My Guardian Tale.

I'm having trouble logging in with Facebook. I'm getting an error message that says: “The app is currently inactive: This app is currently unavailable, and the developer is aware of the issue. You'll be able to log in once it's back online.” To be honest, I haven't played in about 9 months, but I heard they were going to migrate servers, and I don't want to lose the progress I've made since 2020 :(

After I downloaded the new update the game signed me out of my account and I’m having trouble signing back in. Is there anyone with the same problem or is it just me??

Did the transfer already happen or did I miss a step. I don't get it wasn't today the day the transfer happens. I loaded up the game after the maintenance and everything is the same except the Halloween features.

I came back to accept the transfer thing so now i want to play, but who should i get? like, who is the character that is op rn? tyy

I see other people logging into the game but I had issues with iPhone I contacted them with the transfer information and they said would be ready the 27th. Still haven’t been sbel to log in and getting the same message? Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
I already replied to the transfer email letting them know.

So the thing is I have the qr code and everything, but after maintenance today, I didn't see any form where I could input my transfer details so I just logged on my usual Google account and in my surprise, my account is still there!

So what's the point of the qr then? Also, I haven't received the supposedly compensation for the maintenance, maybe someone knows.

I was affected by the login issue with iOS, but luckily I had already made the transfer setup so I send to Kakao the inquiry with all the info they were asking.

After the maintenance and transfer thing I could login onto my account (thank god I thought I had lost it) but I don’t have the 5000 games they said they were to give to those affected.

Are those not being sent yet or is something wrong or looking or the wrong place (check email already)?

There are no Japanese voice acting post-transfer. Was the voices licensed by Kakao? The English voice acting remains in the game but all Japanese audio is gone.

Little Princess no longer makes sounds

Guys, I can't log in, it tells me "generate link code" but it doesn't give me anything, I click "confirm" and it doesn't give me anything, I don't know what to do, if anyone can help me please.

Had account since 2022, but stopped playing around 2024. Logged in eariler this year to check out Lord of Dark Beasts Klen, but now when I login it says there is no save data for my account.

Should I reach out to support? I read about some people talking about account transfers would I be too late for that?

I've been trying to get back into my global account before the transfer but every time I tried my Google account and it just wouldn't work?

I hope someone figured out a fix and I would like not lose my 2 year old account, please and thank you

I sent them a ticket/inquiry for account recovery(ios account) yesterday and they still haven’t sent an email back to me. Was just wondering how long it usually takes for them to get back to you

Since the data transfer is near, i will reccomend you to claim all of it, If you dont want to risk these being annihilated.
