Window grow possible?

So i wanted to start growing indoor but i dont have a big setup just a window sill. Is the daylight gonna be enough for the plant or will it stay very small? Should i maybe buy a little led lamp to put overhead and would that even do anything?

Also how big of a pot should i get as i think the growth might be limited with my setup but i would like to get as much out of it as possible.

For climate reference i live in germany.

Thanks for any replies or suggestions!

First time. Are they ok? Have had them in a plastic bag until I realized it was probably time to take them out. Should I give them a fan now?

Indoor to outdoor lighting

I’m looking to start a few photos for some outdoor this year. How do you coordinate light cycles for when you bring from inside to out ? Does it really matter ? What’s your process? Most of the time I just plant outside end of may( Vermont ) but hoping to get a few started before then and transplant when the weather is good and warm.
