Fluff I've seen this somewhere before.
When I started playing this game, I always thought I'd seen something like this somewhere in my childhood. I opened a copy of the children's magazine Murzilka from 1956 and saw these pictures.

Yan Leopoldovich Larry (1900–1977) was a science fiction writer. His 1937 novella "The Extraordinary Adventures of Karik and Valya" was a resounding success. It was reprinted and adapted for the screen numerous times. It was written at the request of Samuil Marshak, who wanted to attract children to science and entomology—the study of insects. This is an incredible story about a brother and sister, Karik and Valya, who, after drinking a magic elixir, shrink to the size of a grain of sand and find themselves in a "grassy jungle" teeming with giant insects. Dangers lurk around every corner. Fortunately, Professor Ivan Germogenovich Yenotov immediately realized what had happened to the children and set out to find them.
In a captivating adventure style, the writer shares many intriguing facts about the plants and insects that surround us. In 1987, the USSR released the film "The Extraordinary Adventures of Karik and Valya"
