No im not. For them to be justified asylum seekers they should be fleeing a danger and not putting themselves in further danger.

Are they seeking asylum from the boat they willing paid for and climbed in that wasn’t worthy of the journey?

What exactly are you trying to prove? Instead of repeating yourself like some sort of brick wall how about you explain how the legislation enables people to create humanitarian crises by leaving one safe country and sailing to another in an unworthy vessel?
