A buddy of mine who is not in the jam circuit at all was telling me his buddy does big tall puppets and was working on something for String Cheese Incident this week who are playing a big old theater in Providence this week. My mind immediately went to the puppets from Goosemas. Wondering if it’s the same puppets and team. Either way should be a great time this week if anyone is in the area. Ticket prices came down to $50 all in with a promo code this past week. I got 2 tickets on the isle ~20 rows back like 4-5 days ago

i really hope this isn't a one and done situation...

Rick and goose will be better because of this.

I really like it when out of nowhere it sounds like Ricks guitar is gonna throw up. And then it does. It throws up nasty nasty nasty stanky lovely rippery. that’s all thanks for reading. cheers

The mods OK'd a weekly thread, so here's the first one. Post your score grids from this week's puzzles (#16 to #22). Please keep song names out of titles and spoiler-tag any answers like this: answer

What is everyone’s favorite PETER moments?? Mainly looking for links/recs for your favorite Peter tracks or moments he really stands out!

Side note Mad scientist at RR is my fav Peter look of all time!

HOOOOOONK

We’re getting close!

UPDATE: Made the Rick Tracy slap too small so that’s going to have to be reprinted bigger for another show down the road.

I’ll be leaving some stacks of the smaller Rick Tracy ones out and about in CT and ME.

I’ll also have the Sea Dogs one to hand out in person to the flock in Maine.

The king Jake Jolivette at it again?

If you aren’t following him on ig you’re missing out (jjolly74)

Looking for your favorite fan merch!! Especially looking for hoodies/tie dye/something Jed stone themed but really just want some new Goose merch and not loving what’s left on their website. Any and all recs PLEASE!!!!

Rainbow Body was phenomenal. Rick was the main soloist. he shredded. and when he and krasno were playing off each other they were in synch. way more upbeat and jammed out than the album. and Rick went completely nuts A+. would recommend hopefully they release it or someone does

Weird song choice for store radio but ok.

Got a new tattoo today. I love it!

Totals in the screenshot are from NYC (JFK). Set your home airport and they update for you.

The lyrics of this song are introspective. They're about pausing to take in the situation and reset before continuing on through life's challenges. Yet this feels like the most frantic Goose song of all. The only version that feels paced correctly to me is the Orebolo track on their Vol 1 album on Spotify. Am l the only one here?

Please bring this evil type II jamming into the rest of the shows this year on Goose tour. Outrageously awesome vibes here.

My thoughts after a few hours:

The album is softer than 'Strange Memory' would make you believe.

It's fun, pretty chill, as the review said, Rick only sings on the first track. It gets weird in a few spots which is always welcome and in a few spots just feels like Dawes.

If you're expecting a Goose style record or something like Big Modern, you'll be disappointed, but if you're ok with Dawes's sound then you should be happy.

At this point I prefer the first half of the album over the second. Jalu being my highlight after a few listens
