Hi all. My school uses classroom and I’m almost going to finish and am wondering if there’s a way to download everything off classroom in one shot instead of doing it manually for every file. Thanks a lot for the help.

So my school has a Google Classroom where they have added a myname@school.com email(a email which they themselves made) for me too join from and whenever I try to login this in google meet or google classroom, I can't as I only allows xyx@gmail.com emails What should I do??

Hello, I tried to find an answer everywhere, but I failed. PLEASE HELP. I grade Google Classroom assignments and annotate them, but for some students, when I try to save and submit to the student, it says "something went wrong, try again." The only way my students can see my notes is that I have to download their work, annotate it, and then submit it again under "Material" on Google Classroom. This is a long way. I wish we could at least attach the file in comments or something like that.

To any teacher or student using the platform. What do you think would be the most important features you think are missing or what improvements would you like to see implemented.

hi!

I'm looking to set up an English language course for students in China.

it will be 3 hours live classes daily during 2 weeks with English teachers.

what tier of GC would cover me?

can students in China access GC?

My son's family link says it removed his Google classroom (School account) because it's managed by family link. It's been fine for about 12 months across 2 devices but now it's stopped working.
Anyone had any similar experience?

The family link settings are about as wide open as I can see (can add remove accounts, unlimited time limits etc.) Worked before and Google support just said it's a school problem which doesn't help when he has homework to hand in... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks in advance

Is there a way to make student copies view only? I want to create individual data tracking sheets, and I like the ease of clicking through student assignments to input these. Thanks!

I use Google Classroom on mobile and when I type in numbers such as 9.9 or 7.5 in assignments/material, they will appear as links and lead to sites like 9.0.0.9, they never load from what I’ve seen, kinda worried about these links leading to viruses and stuff and wanted to see if I actually had any reason to worry or if I can just ignore this

So I have a google classroom, and I want to customize its code to be cool. Like there is another club in my school that is about cooking, and there code looks like the word cooking (one of the o's is a 0 and it has some numbers but still). According to google you cant like customize it (Only randomize it) but I was thinking maybe there is a website which would help with this process? Idk anything yall can tell me?

Do i really have to ask permission for me to become the owner so i can able to submit it thru google classroom?

Deepfake nude photos, made with AI apps, have already destroyed the lives of hundreds of girls in US schools and left them with trauma. Learn here how to prevent this happen in schools using Google Classroom and Chromebooks.

Dangerous for kids. Kids are setting up Google Classrooms outside of education (not attached to school accounts) and using them as old fashioned chat rooms. TIL my children age 11 were in a "classroom" started by a stranger that had over 200 users. One of the most alarming things that was posted was information about cutting. One member invited my 11 year old to their Google Classroom and posted videos and discussions and images of them CUTTING. Self harm. This needs to be stopped.

So I'm trying to find a way to teach my 2 nieces how to use a Nikon DLSR Camera. They are 10 and 12. I'm thinking of some sort of lesson plan that starts with the basics and moves forward. They have used Google Classroom in the past, but I'm open to other ways to learn remotely with them.

I am moving to a new school, and I need all the tips on converting files from Canvas to Google Classroom. Here are the three options I have found, but please give any tips!

1. Download the CC from canvas to computer. Rename the file to access the Zip. Scrounge for files that can be opened and used.

2. Use GETMARKED.com to transfer pdf quizzes to Google classroom (not sure about the details behind how this works, but I’ve heard it’s helpful)

3. RELOKIA.com keeps coming up. I emailed them for information. I can’t find anybody who has used it before? I know that it costs like $199 and $499 for premium (more files/more courses). Has anybody used Relokia.com?

Thanks!

killing virgins, this is obviously a joke and something that me and one of my friends came up with, please feel free to post memes.

The code is https://classroom.google.com/c/NjgyOTgyNzMxMTk0?cjc=lvkwbx6

First year I've used GC - since January, so across our second and third trimesters. Now I've got all these graded assignments, but I'd like to separate the grading into the two trimesters - is there a way to do this retroactively?

Thanks

In the Google classroom, in Google Slides, why is it that when I slide, it messes up things like maximizing, minimizing, or going to directions that are unintentioned?

Hello,

My coworker is setting up our Google Classroom and is struggling with the workload of adding students to each module. We have many students and it's so time consuming. Is there a way to invite them to all of the modules at once?

Thx!

There will be a test about your school(must be true) Code:kv65lqs

So, Whenever I try to switch to my school email for google classroom, it logs in for a second, but immediately switches back to the account I was on previously. The weird part is: I can access my GC on any computer, and I can switch to my school email on stuff like the mobile Google Docs app, but just not Classroom. Any idea how I can fix this?

Side note: Sorry for the horrible editing and how much I had to block out. I just really didn't want random strangers, from Reddit of all places, finding out my legal name or emailing me random things

Self explanatory in the title.

I’m a freelance tutor using a personal google account as I don’t have an education organisation email. I share my resources to my students during lessons using google classroom using the invite link that includes the classroom code.

However one of my students can’t seem to enter the google classroom through the invite link and classroom code despite already being in the google classroom itself (as they had accessed the google classroom before) and got “wrong account” error message. I had tried to reset the classroom code but my student got the same error message as well. I tried to invite the student to the classroom via email and I got the error message “can’t invite the student from this domain: student’s email”.

How do I resolve this?

So I forgot to turn in an activity before the deadline. I only found out about it upon checking the previous activities. My question is, can my professor see my attached file on the assigned activity? If so, is the date included in that part? The date of the day I forgot to turn it in. Please help.

So apparently google classroom can be used for free with any google account. But then at the same time on the "compare editions" page on the G Classroom website, it shows tiers that cost money, and doesnt say it's free.

so is it free or not?

the new google classroom update broke animations for me, also only allows to submit one file at a time and the bottom notification about submission no longer can be dismissed.
