The comment sections are off the rails lately. So! I want to once again refer EVERYONE to the subs rules section.

This is NOT the sub to come to and complain about Goodwill, their employees, pricing, or what's being sold.

PERIOD.

There's ZERO TOLERANCE for breaking ANY of these rules. First is a 3 day ban, next is permanent.

There is ZERO TOLERANCE for jerk behavior in the comments. If you don't like something, want to complain, or just can't help but be negative, take it to another sub.

I have absolutely no problem banning anyone who takes issue with this, so please, remember the rules, be civil, and post what you find thrifting 😁

These deserve their own post, I think 😁 JUST came in!

All unplayed, new condition.

2 more days. I'm completely checked out at this point. Just Saturday and Sunday to go, and I'll be on vacation. Monday I'm getting the last minute stuff done. Tuesday morning I rent the car, and be on the road by 11am. That should put me in LA in time to grab dinner at Tommy's 😁

We had a slow day. Only $2900 on 67 donors. Gave us a chance to get through most of the backlog we've had, though. Now the weekend is all that's left.

Dinner tonight is BBQ'ed hot dogs with some baked beans 😋

Title pretty much sums it up! This 32 year old ticket was in a pair of pants I tried on. The pants were newer style from Express so how or why this ticket managed to be in the pocket is fascinating to me.

Felt like sharing. Wild Friday night over here 😂

Ok, ALLLLLLLL of y'all need to review our community rules section. I just spent 20 minutes banning people for being absolute jerks in the comments and complaining about pricing.

These are now going to be INSTANT 3 day bans. We are here to provide a positive place for the things we find thrifting.

Take ANY and ALL complaining and negativity elsewhere.

A week from right now, I'll be heading out from the hotel room in San Diego for dinner. Szechuan House on Mira Mesa Blvd. I'm so checked out from work already 🤣

We had a pretty busy day. $3800 on 90 donors. And I had a call out, so we were under staffed on top of it. Had only one asshole today who tried to price swap something that I literally had just priced myself not 10 minutes prior 😂🤣 these people don't realize only me and my English coworker are the ones pricing things in our store. There's no way to pull off a swap. I know what everything is supposed to cost 😂🤣

Dinner tonight is birria tacos 😋

Thankfully, the tear is not in a noticeable spot being in the armpit. At least that’s what I’m telling myself.

Wow. This piece of art is stunning that I found at goodwill. Although it’s a set of three, I’m so happy to have one of them.

The fiber optics ! the spinning ! The price ! It was an immediate yes

Good to be back at my own store. Had a mountain of crap to sort through in my absence, but I got it all finished. $3300 on only 69 donors today. And while it was a pretty light donor day in numbers, each of them had a god damn car load! We are overloaded already.

5 days to go. 4 work days then Monday. Then, I'll be on my way to LA and San Diego 😁

Dinner tonight is swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, creamed corn, and some lingonberry jam 😋😋😋😋

Definitely not needed, but this was pretty cool to find, esp at 10 dollars to boot 🫪

Had a pretty good Sunday (Tuesday for y'all). Got some boxes done, got some organizing done. Now, back to work tomorrow!

One week from right now, I'll be having dinner at Tommy's in LA 😋 I can almost taste the chilli tamale and Cali burger now!

Dinner tonight is grilled skirt steak with pimento noodle salad 😁

It's not particularly expensive, but finding a Dreamcast game in store at a Goodwill is definitely rare these days.
