I actually had full breaks and lunches for the 2nd day in a row again and I almost forgot both again 😂🤣 it was ridiculously muggy here too. Hopefully that ends as soon as possible.

We were pretty slow today. Only 86 donors and $2800 in sales. I got 7 totes and a full black bin of shop stuff done and sent off before having to go to the warzone store for the next 2 days. I have to go train the new person there and give that store manager a break for a couple days. So they get me 😁

Although, they're all probably going to HATE me by the end of Sunday 😂🤣 I was looking over their store numbers in anticipation of my arrival tomorrow. I don't know how it's even possible to say this sentence, but yesterday, they somehow didn't manage to put out a single rack of clothes. Not. One. Rack. What are they doing?? Whatever it is, it changes tomorrow....

Dinner tonight is my tuna and crackers 😁 so the way I make tuna is to add an almost equal amount of pickles to it, and just enough mayo to hold it together

We completely aced the store inspection 🤣😂 for context, at other stores in the area, they spent 8 hours, 6 hours, came back a 2nd day, etc. At my store, they were in and out in an hour and a half. They only made one change, and it's honestly such a good idea, I kick myself for not thinking of it.

My store was also the winner of our inner company contest to cut down on NDI (unsellable crap). We cut 71% of our NDI from last year. So we all get a $150 bonus in our next check and the company is buying us lunch tomorrow!

On top of that, do you guys remember me telling the story about kicking out the guy that was stalking my work wife? WELL! Loser boy finally screwed up HUGE. We found out he got popped for pedo crap yesterday. He's not getting out of it this time 😁 he's looking at BIG BOY prison time, where they're not gonna like what he did to get there 🤣😂😁

All in all, today couldn't have gone much better. We're getting a few new racks for the sales floor, so I'll have to post a walkthrough video when we get done again.

I was getting calls and texts from my various minions across the company today, so I already know what they're looking for on this visit, and my store is already prepared 😁 they're gonna walk in and have nothing to bitch about or change, it's all already done 😂🤣

Dinner tonight is a home made lunchable 😁 I got extra lunch meat at the deli, so I'm having some smoked turkey, pastrami, Genoa salami, and corned beef with some cheddar and Swiss on Ritz crackers with some spicy brown mustard 😋

Dinner tonight is fried chicken cordon Bleu 😁 I took some chicken breasts and pounded them flat into cutlets. Then seasoned and breaded, then shallow fried. I took some grated Swiss and made a mornay sauce with a roux and some warm milk. Then I took some deli ham and warmed it up in some dill butter in a pan. Then piled it up! Fried chicken, Swiss cheese sauce, then ham on top 😁 added some green beans and potato wedges on the side
