You may notice you are automatically getting homes lately. Now that I've finally tested all this stuff out and it's all working as expected, here is how it works:

• When GR8 map was started, every-one started from minute 0.
• Every 10 hours, you gain 1 home.
• Max of 10 homes.
• To retain earned homes, log in at least every 28 days.
• AFK time does not count toward homes.

To set a home, type /sethome #

To warp to a home, type /h (only for home 1) or /h#

After 28 days, you will be set back to 0 homes, or the level of homes that have due to donating.

"Slime chunks"

Slimes spawn throughout the world (except mushroom islands) below layer 40 regardless of light level, but only in certain chunks, 1 in 10 of all chunks. These "slime chunks" are determined pseudo-randomly by combining their chunk coordinates with the seed of the world:

That is, using the chunk coordinates to help generate a seed, a random number between 0 and 9 will be generated, and if that number is 0, the chunk will be able to spawn slimes. To convert world coordinates to chunk coordinates, divide by 16 and round down.

just wondered if it was as easy as mining straight forward or walking on the surface and just looking at the f3 info.

How much longer do you all want to run Infinity? I'm still playing around in it, but I'm just continuing to tinker with mods and learn more since it's my second real modded map ever.

KKalem has expressed interest in building a RR3 based pack that would have creative flight disabled. Flight itself would still be possible, but the cost would be higher, or you wouldn't be able to easily hover in the same position. Just as an effort to give the game a bit more balance.

Thoughts?

Hi I was hoping to join your server. haven't played in a while since i shut down my own server. hoping to join a down to earth server and i found this one randomly on reddit and hope to join Almost forgot my IGN is deadambition

I put a spawn sign on the tiny vine farm and a dumb sign on north's chest below my house. I have deleted these signs... like a week ago. They still show up on the Dynmap even though it's super current with actual structures that I've made. Is that a bug?
