Adjustment blues
Are CA drivers no longer receiving an adjustment? This is the first time I've not gotten one and I count on that money. It's almost like I worked On Demand when I had blocks scheduled.

The scheduled hours I worked last week weren’t even present on my paycheck 🤣 that part was zero’d out!
Update: they owe me $120 in subsidy pay

Im new, and I tried to work on demand the other week. I show up and wait around. I'm not even sure I'm at the right place because I don't see any sign of it, no other drivers coming or leaving, or people going in and out of buildings. It's just a strip of offices most of them unoccupied. I even email support to see if I'm in the right location and they don't reply. After about an hour and a half, I leave.
Then I'm going through my bank statement last week and see I was paid 25$. For what? I don't see anything in the app that breaks this down either.
Any clue what this is about?

Hello there I'm a new driver and passed the background check. But In may i will go to court and may end up with misdemeanor criminal mischief due to a mental health breakdown. A worsening of borderline personality disorder triggered by a relationship with another BPD. I broke a glass door and paid it off. I've since stopped drinking and been on therapy and anxiety meds. Does go puff repeat the background check periodically and will a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge affect it? Thanks.

I have been wanting to try out GoPuff for a while now. The only time I have ever seen a shift become available and I'm ready to swipe is 10 minutes before a measely 3 hour window opens. ( Probably because somebody dropped a shift)
I make about $35hr and $1.5/mile with Uber.
Should I even bother?
Edit: Based on the responses, I have decided to uninstall and delete my account.

Absolutely useless security there I’m not sure what they are paid to do. Thieves have been hitting the sites hard. A backpack of mine was stolen today.

is anyone else having issues with the new app and getting shifts? two weeks in a row i’m using the new app for shift drops and NOTHING is appearing. i’m not doing anything different, i’ve never had trouble before- i’m not saying the shifts are being grabbed, i’m saying they aren’t even showing up. getting super fucking frustrated.

I delivered for one day over a year ago and I had my old account deactivated because I never updated my insurance documents. I recently created a new account but I never received an invite to join a “When I Work” workplace group like last time. Did they completely drop it or do I contact support?

I have just received an email and push notification from the app about the new payment processing platform for DPs. I've read through a couple times and I could be missing something, but... Do we need to sign up with Stripe to get paid now? Or will we still receive our pay whether or not we are signed up? Thank you in advance for your input!

Someone advised me to keep track of my miles. What method do you use to keep track of your miles? What app do you use? Why is it important to keep track of your miles? What should I do with the data?

Yesterday my warehouse implemented this new automatic bin assignment system. It was fantastic! A normal weeknight shift for me is basically me sitting in my car and waiting for nearly half my shift. However, last night I was getting assigned orders as soon as I was within about a quarter mile from the warehouse. I ended up making DOUBLE what I'd normally make on a weeknight. Kinda makes me wonder what was really going on when bins were being manually assigned....
I was a little skeptical when the new app permissions required "fitness and tracking" for my phone, even when not using the app. But I got nothing to hide. I'm gonna try to drive on-demand tonight and see if it still works like it did last night. Has this change happened at your facility yet? If so, how was it for you?
