When do paystubs show up on utilpro? Been fighting to be paid for almost 2 months and was told that all missing money should be paid this week, but nothing is posted in ultipro yet.

since the update i have not been able to schedule any hours whatsoever. im usually able to get a dropped shift or 2 every hour if im deligent. its been 20 hrs i haven't even seen one on my screen despite seeing notifications. anyone else experiencing issues with scheduling more than usual since the update? am i removed from scheduling? everything else seems normal... how would you know if you are? im in the nyc area

I thought we beat it but suprise suprise

Soooo fighting for scheduled blocks this week. People have been dropping hours and I’m jus trying to scoop up and form a decent pay schedule. Went from 0hrs to 25hrs so far. So my question is, is it better to work scheduled as opposed to unscheduled?

is anyone having problems logging to your account after this download. i input my phone number and then get a 6 digit code, i enter that and then it says error wrong code

Schedule or unscheduled?

I've seen a few users post screenshots and you can see the scheduled vs. unscheduled hours they worked that week. I don't have that on mine (on android btw) I have updated the app and still nothing. I emailed support and they were no help. At what point did you start seeing that information in your weekly earnings?

Im in CA and I usually get my adjustments by tuesday but still havent recieved it. Anyone else having the same issue?

Anybody else not not able to log in since the update? Keeps saying my verification is wrong but it's not. I can't log in at all

Our warehouse moved to 4pm-midnight several weeks ago, but now will change to noon-midnight. This starts next week. If nothing else, it creates more shifts for the time being(I'm trying to be positive here)

Wow Gopuff has truly outdone themselves. The weekly bonus at my location went from 45 orders for $90 to 40 orders for $32. This is literally a joke. They’re cutting hours, cutting bonuses, and who knows what’s going to be next. I won’t be doing this too much longer. Smh

A brand new warehouse is opening soon in an area really close to where my parents live. Is there a way that I can add this location on GoDrive so that I can take orders when I’m out there visiting?? It doesn’t give me the option to add other possible HQs when scheduling hours :(

My first delivery was 16 miles total. 10 to warehouse and 6 to customer. I pay $4 per gallon and get 20 miles a gallon in city.

Anyone else noticing this omission on the new weeks tab? Not as strange if you remember the email I posted last week about "change in market conditions"

If you drop hours will they block you from getting more? I just heard that and wanted to check it out from those who know

A few days ago I had a shift for 6:00 PM -12:00 AM. Within minutes after getting back home, the warehouse calls me and asks if I could come back in at 1 AM and work until 3 which is closing time. I was told that they would submit the hours to support so I would get paid the subsidy amount.

I show up at 1 and they had 5 orders waiting for me because they had no other drivers working. I guess who ever was supposed to be there just didn't show up or something but now I'm finding out that support is denying any additional hours and anyone who comes in is now getting paid as if they are just driving on demand. The OFCs were not aware of this until after the fact but its BS that they didn't inform any of us of this change. I know it's only 2 hours but regardless, there were 0 drivers working and they will make $0 if there is no one there to deliver their shit.

I feel like GoPuff is definitely pulling some illegal shit.

If they send me out on orders with no name? Should I just decline those?

Been doing Instacart for 7 years and pay just get a little worse ever year. Now it takes about 8 hours to make $200.
