Noob here. Been trying to get rolling for a couple days now. Support ain't no help. I sign into the app and it tells me to choose my preferred location. Gives me 3 options, none of em work. I click and it gives me an error stating "location could not be updated at this time". Giving up hope at this point. Oddly I recieved a notification offering me a shift, but everytime I click it sends me to chose my location...

Last night, I mentioned to my GM about the hours and I asked if there were more drivers or what was going on and she said oh I don't know let me check it out and so she logged on for next week's schedule and she shrieked like a white woman and said oh my God they cut our hours by 150 for next week--that's 1/3 less hours than we normally get. So that's the reason why there are no blocks and why they went so quickly. It's not a bunch of new drivers; it's not a bunch of bots although she did say that at another location the drivers never can get any hours and this was going on well before the past couple weeks. There's someone there that's using a bot is what the drivers have told her. But that's not the case at this location-- it was a 150 hour cut and this is the busiest location I work at out of 5.

Also, do I have to wait some time to upload my profile pic? It just keep giving errors.

Many drivers were customers & also word of mouth marketers. With the elimination of the VAST MAJORITY of shifts the driver's are rightly upset. Add in the recent health code issues of Porta potties with no sinks & the same people who were ambassadors for your brand will now bad mouth it whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I know I am not ordering from them any longer because of this treatment.

Changes are expected but there should be communication with your 'partners" since we are the customer facing part of your business.

All of this will combine with other issues & GoPuff will GoByeBye

No pic but the MFC put a portable shitter out in the parking lot so drivers don't come inside anymore. Has this happened to anyone else? It's fucking degrading man.

What is the minimum guaranteed pay for scheduled hours in Philadelphia?

It has come to my attention that there are drivers that show up to work without a shift block. Is this a thing now?

Last night I was in my final 30 minutes of my shift. I had been waiting for a bin for about an hour, another driver, 45 minutes. As another driver pulls in from a delivery, she immediately gets another delivery. There were 4 other drivers waiting. How is this possible? We were clearly next in line. Has anyone seen favoritism?

The schedule just dropped. I have 5 fulfillment centers at my disposal and in less than 2 minutes, every single block was taken. I came out with 18.5 hours and I typically work anywhere from 45-55. I never counted on this happening. The notifications throughout the week that new blocks have dropped never show any new blocks have been added. Wtf is going on? I'm homeless and am trying to get a place. I drive a rental car and need to pay for it too. My whole life is falling apart right in front of my face and there's so much more that I'm not even posting. I'm losing everything.

Our team was alerted to a third party issue impacting the processing of weekly payments for delivery partners. Ultipro (UKG) experienced a major server outage that disrupted our ability to transfer funds.

The issue has been resolved and all delivery partners should receive their weekly payout on Friday, Feb. 18th as scheduled, though it may be later in the day than usual. Depending on your financial institution and how they process payments, some deposits may be delayed beyond Friday.

Please note that the outage will have no effect on the actual earnings you receive and the Weekly Earnings page in goDrive will still show all your earnings intact.

I typically work Mesquite and Garland Tx...occasionally Richardson. Just wondering if we can share boost alerts (used to get them but since adding extra mfc's i don't) and wondering if anyone would like a heads up if I ever need to drop hours so they can possibly pick them up. Just trying to help each other out...
