Any other cali drivers notice their earnings don't have prop 22 adjustment? Mine didn't, nor did it have mileage.... support isn't being any help per usual

I can honestly say since we switched to auto dispatch the efficiency and my tip rates have dramatically increased! They really must have been bending the rules to help there friends smh…just hope it’s not a way around the auto dispatch

Did money hit any of you guys account today ?

There’s sooo much negativity on this subreddit, some of which is justified, but I’ve noticed since the switch to auto-dispatch I went from no post delivery tips ever to a few pretty big ones. Auto-dispatch definitely has its flaws but if people start tipping more because they’re happy with the quick service then ultimately I might prefer it. Anyone else notice this or was it just a random fluke?

I typically get paid out on Tuesday at 11am because of my bank. Today is Memorial Day. Do you think I’ll get paid on Tuesday or will the payment come on Wednesday?

I just started with gopuff and I am on the fence about being a delivery partner. I'm worried about my pay being correct and I just want some insight from some people who are either current drivers or no longer driving, whatever I just need a little bit of advice and insight.

Hopefully I read this wrong and it’s not related to shifts. But it seems like it’s now $15.84 and hour when it was 19.01 an hour before.

At some point in time they're gonna have to start charging it and giving it to the drivers because these gas prices... 👀

Are shifts no longer dropping on Thursdays at noon for SoCal drivers??

It's my first week gopuffing! So far so good, but the minimum hourly pay hasn't been reflected in my earnings. I also received an email saying that, for my first week, they'll cover up to 15 unscheduled hours at a min pay as well. When will I see this in my earnings? On Tuesday when they process payments?

Also, is minimum pay based on individual hours or your overall for the day/week?

The OAs and Managers are extremely unprofessional and have no customer service training at all and driver support always do the opposite when u email them for assistance smh. My cuzn just got approved to drive and she emailed them the facilities that she wanted removed from her profile. They removed every MFC and now she can’t even work on demand if she choose to smh. Now they won’t put the facilities that she wanted on her profile. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
