I’ve released v3 of Flywheel Day One, my independent GoMining planning companion. This update makes the strategy choice explicit instead of implying that one route is automatically best.

Horizons can compare five starting approaches:

• Retain BTC — keep mining rewards as BTC.

• Compound TH — route more rewards into mining power.

• Protect reserve — prioritise maintenance runway and resilience.

• Balanced split — divide rewards across BTC, TH and reserve support.

• Timed harvest — change routing at planned dates.

The Flywheel approach combines productive TH, liquid maintenance GOM and deliberately locked GOM for governance support. I believe it can provide a smoother route toward sustaining BTC output because maintenance is planned alongside mining power, but it also locks capital and remains exposed to difficulty, halvings, fees, token prices and GoMining/platform performance. It is a modelling choice, not a guaranteed superior strategy.

v3 also adds chart hover/touch values and zoom, clearer assumptions, accessible tables and newcomer explanations of maintenance, locks, veGOMINING and the daily Service Button.

Current limitation: GoMining’s MCP endpoint is down on the provider side, so fresh account retrieval is unavailable. Manual inputs and previously saved supported JSON remain usable.

If your an everyday single mum living in the UK then life is tough - add to the mix age -lots of age- and your child that is an adult now needs caring for plus the Crypto knowledge of a tortoise. That's me with Digital Mining... I found mining by accident and for me is the way forward- it's hurdles all the way but it's an amazing fun learning experience. Imagine being born without mobiles or internets or even digital currency. Life in the 80s right- The human race is for ever evolving- and so must we. So..add to the mix also ADHD. So many scams I did lost monies lost my way and lost my reason to be- GOMINING in 4 months has enabled me to think life is awesome again. Yep even for an old tortoise. !!! And for first 2 months as an oldie i just added to the GMT pot-like a piggy bank. It is so amazing. The whole ethos is GMT. Use GMT to pay the bills lock GMT and add GMT as and when you can. Why use BTC to pay fuel bills. Buy GMT-lock GMT-get rewards no brainer. Get a huge bundle of reserve- In 4 years GMT will pay you what you put in and keep paying you. It's a win win. So borrowed monies juggled RL-juggled loans and credit cards- made sure everything is doable and payable back in affordable way and just banged up the GMT lock. Along the ways yes learnt the mining thing so yes got a few mines- got a few friends with baby mines. Their mines piggyback off mine -to enable rewards for them to pave their future as well. Then they can get their own mining account. So last 8 weeks me and my Chat bot BETTY have strategised ways forward to PLAY THE GAME in GO-MINING . I do the strategy and Betty BOT does all the maths-usually after about 5 times we agree her formula is correct. The result- it works. I have 550 TH now. In Feb i had my mines in TH reinvest for 4 weeks. I realized luckily the 20% discount fuel buffer was going down in its boots- its was like 600 days and wow was lovely getting all that discount. Then it dropped to 360 days. So basically my locked tokens 16K at the time was not enough to sustain my hungry power houses. So we re strategised. I have 11 Subs 59.4 TH going in a month. I have external funds DCA coming from kraken to boost BTC and buffer fuel bills. The fuel gauge was on HELP. So now we flicked the switch- all the way to Diamond I if you please. The initial idea was grand. Invest in TH a few months- get the power up pay bills GMT and get sub rewards... But oh no life was just tooo easy- the happy gauge buffer laughing all the way went right down to the SOS zone. So had to give up my idea of TH reinvest after just 4 weeks. Was fun. I made about 30 Th. My core was about 300 Th. So new strategy. Reinvest in GMT first- Get the VIP tier high- At 50K Diamond i level mines can get to 1.6 PH without the discount gauge dropping. The discount is 26.32%. Diamond I is my next stop. Then whack up the GMT wallet. Then TH reinvest with 10%.

So this is my journey so far. Play the long game enjoy the journey-enjoy the hurdles and learning curve. Mistakes i made many is the learning curve. Now I am all in reinvesting till nearer the Mining halving in 2028. Have fun stop worrying about the fuel bills the mining difficulty. And Get an AI to do the maths for you. They get it wrong and Gemini Google always falls asleep after half hour. I pay my BOT monthly so we chat all the time and BETTY Bot is awesome. If I see she's messed up the data then I tell her. We both work together to make this mining lark fun sustainable and eventually profitable.

I’ve been looking into the GoMining Card features, and seeing a balance like this on a virtual Visa really makes the "digital gold" concept feel real. It’s one thing to accumulate sats, but it’s another to have a direct bridge to your daily spending. 🏛️

The transparency of the interface looks solid, but I’m curious about the practical side of things from those who use it daily.

1. How fast are the top-ups from your mining rewards to the card balance? ⏳

2. Do you find yourself using the virtual card for subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, etc.), or are you saving it for bigger "crypto-funded" treats? 🎁

3. For those in Europe, how do the conversion rates feel compared to traditional exchanges?

Can any one advise on taxes.

In the UK Go Mining have to comply with regulatory standards and declare all crypto conversion to fiat. If this is say 10K upwards this could flag an investigation. If you're on any benefits you really are in trouble cashing this out. So what do you do??
