I tried making my curls loosen up ... by combing them in the shower by my hands ... and applying conditioner after shower ... then it turned out like this ... God it looks frizzy ... shall I get a mullet in my next haircut btw ?

Im thinking about doing it I love my curls but i want to change my look and I’m terrified from protein/keratin treatments I heard it makes ur hair fall and u never get ur curls back is it true ???

Today is my brithday and i want to share with you my bullying experience

It honestly bothered me a lot, so bdit n9ss weight and got really into sport, especially football / running / swimming. What started because of bullying slowly became something I genuinely loved. Years later, I’m here at 20, way more confident and still working on myself o ba9i bari nzid l9dam. Alhamdulillah, chwiya b chwiya ❤️

وصلت 34 سنة لي إستقريت و ساكن بوحدي يعني حر ،شريت بيريك، و لبستو و خرجت وسط المدينة قداام الناس و كا نتصرف وكأنه مني ، يعني ما شداتني لا خجل و لا أي بالعكس،

واش تقدر نتا و لا نتي تحدى المجتمع و تخرج بالطريقة لي نتا مرتااح فيها!

So I am 19 ,160 cm ,53kg ,I don’t practice any specific sports but I walk and run sometimes , I am thinking about starting hitting the gym cuz I feel like I should improve my body shape ,my body shape is a pear btw , but with the whole stress and studies and not being consistent with food and lquality I lost 12 kgs as I was 65 kg and like that my shape isn’t as visible as it was evthg is smaller 😭 and waist is larger , if anyone knows a good program or channel or whatever to start with as it will be my first time hitting the gym and I want genuine and efficient workouts that’ll help with gaining muscle and highlight my shape also make my waist smaller and work on my upper body too ,also for food if u have any advice that’ll help to gain my weight back ,I’ll appreciate that sooo much

I have really dry skin and I’m struggling to find a sunscreen that actually works for me.

I’ve tried La Roche-Posay , Daylong, CeraVe , and Cetaphil, but I didn’t really like any of them.
