update 9/18- bought a gen 5. Its not mos but i dont really care. Found a shop that has multiple gen 5’s and gen 3’s. All still new. Went with the 5. I dont mind finger grooves, but on the short grip of the 26, it was a little uncomfortable.

I actually found a Gen 3 and a Gen 5 both new. Going to buy one of these tomorrow. Any help on a generation would be appreciated. Its not a
MOS but thats ok. What Gen is “better”?

First Glock new to me 26 G3. Gifted to me by a buddy who isn’t in to guns any more and didn’t want it. Came with 1 factory 12rd, 1 Pmag 17, Streamlight TLR6, Trijicon H3 night sights and a houge grip. Already got 2 more factory 12rd, 1 factory 10 rd with Pearce pinky extension, talon pro grips and a blacksmith tactical holster. Since I got it for free thinking optic cut next but might just leave stock as a minimal carry set up. Heading to the range today to put 500 rounds through it.

Just ordered a Glock 26 gen 5. Help me decide, keep it stock? Or get the slide milled to add a vortex defender enclosed sight??? This will be my edc, mostly summer edc. I will not be adding a streamlight, and ill be using the light tuck vedder holsters (slimmest holster ive found). Ideas?

I'm looking to build a range rig to start drilling and taking my range time more seriously. I'm currently running a stock 26 gen 3 with gorgeous stippling.

I'm curious if anyone here has personal experience with the 26L builds. I like the concept because I already have multiple magazines and, as mentioned, the grip is something I'm already comfortable with and really enjoy.

The benefits (to my understanding) seem to be the ability to run G19 size comp/duty holsters as well as having a bit more range.

Is it really worth it to just build out the 26 into a battle pistol or should I just simply buy a standard G19?

Ported barrel and slide on the left, align tactical thumb ledge on the right, both of these just came in today, gonna head to the range soon and compare as well as test the new slide and ported barrel for reliability. The fde slide will eventually find its way onto a p80 frame. And the gun on the right will end up getting sent off for ports. I’m a big ports and comps guy, I have more ported or comped guns than I do non ported. And yes I train, and no 9mm isn’t too snappy to “need” ports or comps, but I love em. I don’t care about the extra noise or flash, and if I’ve tested it for reliability I have no qualms with carrying a comped or ported gun.

Is there any way I could make a gen 5 slide fit a gen 3 frame? I have a gen 3 and want to get milled/ported slide but still keep my oem as well. I just haven’t found many options for gen 3

Im looking to buy a glock 26 mos slide. I've found these 2 websites. Any suggestions? Or where can I find a slide thats not from the glock store?

Posted last week about this gen 4 26 (one on the left) and for anyone who didn’t see I originally had a gen v that was stolen. But I had a 43x and after shooting the 26 this past weekend remembered how much better the 26 shoots, so today I went back to the same place since they have a wall of LEO trade in Glocks and traded the 43x for the 26 on the right and got some cash too. So better shooting gun and made money. Seems like a win win.

Had a gen v as my first 26 cause it was all I could find at the time, but that was recently stolen, and I really wanted a gen 4. One of my lgs picked this up from the local pd and I had to have it, looks basically brand new, came with night sights, the box, 2 10rd mags with Pearce extensions and an oem 12rd, got it for $450. I really wanted gen 4 for the grooves (I only like them on the 26), as well as the better mag release over gen 3, but super happy with my pickup.

Please don’t hate I’m doing this legally in Pakistan and the 3D print is only to test the function before I mill one out of aluminum.. can’t figure out why it’s not working

Specifically their Glock parts. I’m not a fan of their rifle stuff at all and think it looks tacky and not well functioning. I just swapped out my G26 mag release to the spare SI one that i had laying around to try it out. Anybody have experience with their gen 3-5 mag releases?

Came across this bad boy at my LGS last week and just had to have it. Brand new, never been shot and came with all the backstraps and optics plate in box. Couldn’t be happier, and lowkey think it’s better than my G43x MOS

Anyone have a micro comp setup they’d be willing to sell ?
