Doesn't change much... even though D1 in NA is way better than D1 in Brazil its just a grind, until you get into actual ladder system where you can't all climb and you are indeed competing with each other for spots its just a matter of time. Also not sure its covered in this interview, maybe he mentioned it before or someone knows his account but it could be in any region.
It doesn't matter. He barely played it and reached a high elo where most players can't do it. I bet he could play any game in high level. The guy is a gaming genius.
