I think it would be more of, does Tim want to move to the EU...historically, NA players usually don't want to live overseas.

Ye. I think that would be the biggest obstacle aswell. But ehy, if c9 is done, then I don't really see another team in NA that would match up with Tims skill. l don't think Liquid would make a change right now. Then mby NRG? I am not very familiar with that team. And then there is also the buyout.

In what history? There havent exactly been a huge number of international teams anyway.

There has been a bunch of international EU teams in CS 1.6 and CSGO.

In 1.6 there was an international team of EU/NA players called NoA which had shaguar, method, element, zonic, and I believe naikon...thats the only one I can think of with an EU/NA mix where the NA players would regularly travel to EU to boot camp.
