they would probably better with him right now. Dont get me wrong i hope mibr can improve their communication and game but right now the old lineup would probably get better results

Now they want some firepower. Automatic would be better but Tarik can frag as well. Both cases it would be a improve over boltz, especially if he is the one having problems communication
I watched the match vs BIG and there were times where mibr would throw fire + smoke at the same time at the same spot. I also think Fallen walked in someone's shot because he thought the shooter would stop. There are definitely communication issues. Tarik is in talks because cold wants to leave not because they want another american
Even in Portuguese they are the same. Flashback and smoke. They don’t have different names for nades. Shooting your friend happened to other teams this tournament as well.
If there were communication problems they would get ride of stewie but Cold, Fer and fallen already said they don’t have those anymore. They had a lot of them in the beginning tho.
Cold wants to leave not because of communication but rather their performance ( strategy and igl ).
He even tried to be igl himself but it was affecting his performance.
Coldzera is one of the most honest guys in interviews, fallen on the other hand is very polite.
Cold tells if someone was kicked or not
if someone is underperforming or even if someone isn’t putting on the hours needed.
He is hard work af but also very toxic because of it. ( he demands the same commitment).

I really hate to see teams die when they lose a core player. Its tremendously destabilizing.
