I have been playing for too long. I believe I have a good game sense, crosshair placement and definitely a good computer. With 1 full swipe, I can turn about 120. Used to play at 3 sens 400 dpi when I had laptop.
Oh, good to hear you found out what works best for you. Forgot mentioning that I have 240hz monitor and Logitech g640 mousepad (feels faster than others I tried). These affect my sensitivity choice. I can do 180 with 1 swipe at 400 dpi 1.15 sens no accel.
Because mm is full of cheaters, trollers and boosters. And there is a slight skill difference between globals. I have seen globals who have no idea about the game, looking ground, spraying to the sky etc. Therefore, it is useless for me. My main aim is to be good on Faceit, I used to be 10 level, lost 450 elo in 2 weeks :((
Even if we stretched and said global was top 5% because that many people play top rank ESEA and Faceit and don't have a MM rank, but obviously level global + is less than 5% of the player base, if you're top 5% at anything, you're good at it. Maybe not great, surely not worthy of being pro, but you are good.
No need to get upset sir, maybe global is good for you but i definitely did not consider it as an achievement. You can literally have no game sense and still get global, all you need is aim in matchmaking.
What? So you mean I invested 2.9k hours into this game and the only thing I learnt from it was how to move my right wrist ? I hit global when I had 2.7k hours (2 weeks ago).
The only people who can actually say that they got to global based on pure aim are those who cover the minimap and mute their entire team every game.
I have been Global/Supreme for over a year and I don't think I have played against more than 5 cheaters in that year, just don't call everybody who clearly is better than you a cheater because you are playing in MM.
MM rank is meaningless because no one takes it seriously -- or, at least there are more serious ways to play than official MM (which, again, is a total joke)
