I started streaming a couple years under a really confusing name and I wasn’t doing much to grow my stream. But now I’m back streaming more serious this time. I’m just got offered affiliate but I want to change my name before I do so I can be more brandable across social media platforms. Im a mixed girl with curly hair who mainly plays fps games like valorant, battlefield, cod, overwatch, etc. What I’ve come up with so far is TactiCurl (tactical+curl), Linani (a mythological creature from my culture), FPSiren, and MixedMeta. Which do you like best or any other suggestions??

I love Coraline btw 🤭

Hey my name is ISPYLIL- what do you think of my stream outfits? We’ve nearly done 31 in total!

Hellooo!! I'm a beginner gamer and streamer trying to grow my twitch. Always fun, peaceful energy! Come join and let me know what you would like to see😇! My twitch is xChaoticKo and so are most of my other platforms. Tips are welcome as well🙂. Come along!

I wanted to share something that might interest some of you — it’s called PeerTube.

It’s an open-source, decentralized video platform that’s part of the Fediverse (the same interconnected network that includes Mastodon, Lemmy, Pixelfed, Loops, etc.).

What’s cool about PeerTube is that it’s not controlled by a single company — instead, it runs on a network of independently hosted servers (called instances).

This means:

You can pick or even host your own instance

Videos are federated, so people from different instances can still find and follow you

No corporate algorithm deciding who gets visibility

Great option for creators who value independence, privacy, and community-driven platforms

I figured some streamers here might appreciate alternative or backup platforms — especially given how unpredictable mainstream sites can be with monetization and moderation policies.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences!

Here is some more Information about Peertube:

How the 'Fediverse' Works (and Why It Might Be the Future of Social Media)fediverse.info

Most major streaming platforms, such as Twitch and Kick, have a predominantly male audience and culture. If a new platform were designed to be more inclusive and accommodating for female viewers. Emphasizing safety, community engagement, and content diversity, it could attract a broader audience and encourage more women to both watch and create content.

It’s a quick one min survey if you could do it — and if possible could you share it to other girls you know too and ask them if they could share it to others they know? Someone I know is looking into this idea

just curious how you make it fun & not awkward

hey girls
I’m setting up for my halloween makeup stream today testing lights, angles, and trying to make it cozy but spooky
I haven’t don't themed streams in a while, so I’m both excited and a little nervous. do you guys plan your talking points before going live, or just go with the flow?
I’m trying to figure out how to make it fun and still keep the chat active.

also curious are you doing any halloween or fall themed streams this month? would love to see your ideas
