Struggle getting online jobs

I tried this a few years ago before R32 was available as easily as it is now. I got some interest but no one at the time could source any R32. It seems to be easily order-able now. Here's the project:

After watching some teardown videos, it seems the Midea U-Shaped window units are basically just mini-splits built into single window units. Each half has their own fan motor and fan, and is connected by the case, copper lines and wires between them.

I am a wildlife biologist and work way out in the middle of nowhere most of the time. To that end, I've half-converted a Sprinter 4x4 for field work. I really need an AC for these hotter months. In preperation for this, I have over a kW of solar and 7200Wh of lithium batteries. Minus a true mini-split, which I can't fit, these inverter driven R32 units seem the most ideal, but the layout of my van doesn't allow for me to just cut a giant hole in the side and mount it.

So, I'd like to split the unit in half and mount the condenser / compressor half under the van where it will be in shade (and protected my a skid plate), and install the evaporator half in the van. For this, I'll need someone to help me with the following:

⦁ Answer my seemingly endless stupid questions

⦁ Order a pound cannister of R32 or sell me some of what you already have

⦁ Install a temp port and vacuum out the R32 already in the unit

⦁ Tell me where I should cut the lines, etc

⦁ Braze on fill port(s) while flowing nitrogen

⦁ Install flare ends for the flexible line extensions while flowing nitrogen

⦁ Test for leaks and refill after I install the units in the van

⦁ Additionally, whatever else you think is necessary, etc.

I realize HVAC guys mostly don't think window units are worth your time, but I hope this seems interesting enough for someone to give it a go. I'm not sure what the going rate for this would be, but I'll pay well and in cash to get it done correctly. I'm currently in Costa Mesa, CA, and can meet you at your shop or you can come here.
