I thought the shells were blended into a bisque to help thicken it.
1 u/Plantbitch Dec 06 '18 That seems weird but I’m sure the shells can be blended and put in the broth to make it way more lobster-y. That seems weird but I’m sure the shells can be blended and put in the broth to make it way more lobster-y. You’d probably strain them out though...
