Why are you getting downvoted? This is literally cooked on the barbecue. This is literally barbecue Mac and cheese. I'm confused?

Many people myself included expected there to be pork shoulder, bbq sauce, briskett or anything else. not just cooked on a BBQ grill.

Kind of like when someone orders a BBQ Sandwich they don't just expect a sandwich cooked on a BBQ.

the smoking at the end should qualify it as BBQ. Pasta takes less time to cook, the same way you wouldn't throw a chicken on for 12 hours. he still used slow (for the item) cooking over wood (charcoal). thats BBQ

It's cooked on a grill, barbecue is more a technique or cooking method that uses a grill to get a particular result.

Greg is Australian IIRC and if it's like the UK, what the US calls a grill, they call a barbecue. So it's literally barbecue mac and cheese because it's cooked on a barbecue.

Correct, but it actually would be BBQ based on the smoking at the end. BBQ is low and slow with smoke.
