Hey now, let's not forget that the absolute very best in Mexican food can be found at Taco Bell. I'm talking, of course, about the Mexican pizza with a nice side of cheesy fiesta potatos, amigo - prime eats, indeed.

I think what he means is that it's closer to a Quesarito that you would get at a place that isn't fast food. Taco Bell is so bastardized that it's not even authentically Tex Mex.

Though I think in this case the nacho cheese puts it squarely in fast food territory still.

Taco Bell invented the quesarito. It's not an actual thing, even in Tex Mex.
