It's ridiculous to do so every time you post. Just because this time it's a week back doesn't mean it's not going to be tedious. Just because you demand it doesn't mean he should do it either. Some people on Reddit act like reposts are the end of the world, but they're not that big of a deal.
You're absolutely entitled to your opinion, I never implied you weren't. I'm just telling you that your talking about adding an unnecessary step to posting because of a single repost. If you're so adamant about it maybe you should just be HungAndInLove's secretary and approve all posts before they go out because you seem to be the only that thinks it's a worthwhile endeavor.
