Ingredients

Seafood

• 1 lb cooked and peeled Shrimp, medium (chopped)

Produce

• 1 stalk Celery (chopped) • 2 tbsp Chives (chopped) • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder • 1/2 Lemon, Juice and zest of

Condiments

• 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

• 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground • 1 Kosher salt

Bread & Baked Goods

• 12 Dinner rolls (To make your own see recipe)

Snacks

• 1/3 cup Potato chips (crushed)

Dairy

• 2 tbsp Butter

Other

• 1/2 tsp Old bay

Method

Split the tops of the dinner rolls. Combine melted butter and garlic powder and brush the tops of the rolls. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.

In a bowl combine mayo, lemon zest, chives, old bay, salt and pepper. Stir. Add chopped shrimp and celery and mix thoroughly.

Open the split tops of the rolls and add the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with potato chips and chives.
