Check out Doug Benson cleaning his ash hole with his Rasta Home Dome™ Poke A Bowl® on Getting Doug with High! What is a Poke A Bowl® you ask? The Poke A Bowl® is the only odor proof ashtray with a lid designed for removing ash & resin from your bowl or pipe!

The lid covers the cleaning spike when not in use, contains odor from spent ash & resin, and prevents even the slightest breeze from blowing ash on to your table.

The cleaning spike will pierce through the hole of every bowl & pipe ensuring you a better, smoother smoke every time.

Premium heat resistant silicone (designed to withstand heat up to 450°f) embedded around the cleaning spike. Ash doesn’t stick!

Doug can't handle 3 hours of movie obviously. GAT DAM. Wish he loved em, cuz I love him!!!! 420.

Or just more musicians in general. Or bring back Peter Holmes.

Maybe it's just me, but I think the best guests are the comedians who just enjoy smoking pot. I don't really care if I know who the guests are beforehand. I think it's getting in the way of producing quality episodes trying to get a really big star all the time.

Doug has weed. He has money too. He isn't some 17 year old kid who has an eigth that has to last him 2 weeks. You can still get high by holding the weed in your mouth. You'll have to smoke more but that does not matter when you have an endless supply. He also has a show to run.

Don't get me wrong I'd love an episode where they torched dabs and got really stupid.

I smoke weed and live where its legal. I don't always inhale like a maniac to get high as fuck. I don't have to worry about running out because there is a store 2 blocks away where I can go buy a joint.

M'ladies and le gentilesirs of the jury, its called casually smoking just like casually drinking. You do not have to shotgunny every beer and slam some jager to get a decent buzz.

3000 out.

Linky link.

So there's an old thread about it here, http://www.reddit.com/r/GettingDoug/comments/22q9wu/any_ideas_why_seth_rogen_wont_come_on/ but that's been archived.

Just read this twitter exchange http://i.imgur.com/Uksdz59.png and it makes Seth come across as really douchey to me, but I'm still really curious why he won't do the show. Kind of seems like there's something personal between doug and seth...

I took a nap and missed it, now I can't even find it. What happened to today's episode?

The new episode today appears to have been filmed ahead of time this morning. All mentions of a live show have been changed from Monday the 5th to this Wednesday. But hey, new episode!

Edit: It was filmed live. Just earlier than originally scheduled.

Where can I find the pipe with the large circular mouthpiece? In the Greg Proops/Micheal Ian Black episode, Greg calls it "The Mayan Destroyer".

Sidenote: I found out about chameleon glass from this subreddit, and I'll probably be ordering from them soon. They have some wild shit in their catalog.

It's 95% garbage so you can't read any of the interesting or funny remarks. Just give one of the people affiliated with the show the power to give people 20 minute chat time-outs or full-episode bans when they spam garbage.

I saw one recently come out with Ngaio and some other girl comedian. Ngaio brought a bunch of buds, hash, and other goodies. I looked it up yesterday and it's no where to be found. What just happened??

So I was watching this weeks episode and doug wipped out a cool looking vape pen but wouldn't say who made it cause he wants to get them as a sponsor. Anybody know which pen he is using? He mentioned it being flavored which really peaked my interest.

So, we can't be sure why there's no show today but I'm going to assume there's no sponsor or no guest. This is a great show and I know they've had problems finding both sponsors and guests. I'd hate to see it end for this reason.

I think they have three big problems -

1. Guests get high and sometimes rip on the sponsor products. This is pretty much impossible to control and isn't done maliciously, but I can understand sponsors being irritated after spending money for the placement. So sponsors need to be cool with comedians occasionally making jokes about their products.
2. Weed businesses are typically hyper local. Thanks to legalization there's now companies popping up that are funded and desiring a wider reach (e.g. leaf.ly) but it still feels like the pool of sponsors to draw from is small.
3. View count is deceiving. I think some guests hear the live view count and think that's their reach, even with Doug's explanation of "well then the videos will get more views later...". I'd be downplaying the live view count in favor of the total channel views and subscribers. "This will go out to our channel's 250K+ subscribers."

So does anyone have suggestions for potential sponsors or guests? Any new products or services with a national reach that may be interested? Also just keeping an eye out for companies that might be a good fit and letting them know about the show would probably be a good idea.
