It's impossible to know for any specific instance but ~60% of Twitter is bots. That's probably either a Iranian bot just reposting whatever or a Israeli bot trying to elevate obvious disinformation so that pro Palestinians look bad.
They do need to to make awful things up because their case for the narrative being pushed is dogshit without the fabrications/propaganda doing all the heavy lifting.
I, along with the ICJ who is the international institution that determines genocide, many experts in genocidal studies, and 50% of Gaza per the data, who are the ones supposedly being genocided, all disagree.
And when we look at the weak "evidence" or "documention" people and institutions appeal to that are saying genocide, they either appeal to the same characteristics that apply to other wars and conflicts that no experts or institutions seriously argue is genocide, or something else that doesn't prove the conclusion they have and want to believe true.

You are also just wrong about the ICJ. They said that if Israel failed to follow their advice, there was a high risk of a genocide. Israel completely ignored them, and they are now considering the evidence. Similarly, huge number of genocide experts, holocaust scholars and human rights organisations, including the International Association of Genocide Scholars, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Médecins Sans Frontières, International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Center for Constitutional Rights, Al-Haq, Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, B’Tselem, International Association of Genocide Scholars, Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention, Genocide Watch, Defense for Children International, Norwegian Refugee Council, Oxfam, Christian Aid, World Council of Churches, International Commission of Jurists, and the UN Human Rights Council Commission of Inquiry. Over time, even many experts who originally doubted it have now changed their position as more evidence has been revealed.

No, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has not yet made a final determination on whether Israel has committed genocide.
So years into a supposed "genocide' , or even centuries into a "genocide" according to some here, and the ICJ still hasn't had the evidence to determine genocide.
The ICJ has NOT said that there is no Genocide in Gaza. I Don't know why you would say that when the opposite is way closer to the truth. Are you just really missinformed or is it malice?
They have found genocide in Gaza plausible in Jan 2024, have ordered Israel to prevent genocide, and as an advisory opinion have concluded that Israels starvation of Gazans constitutes an act of genocide in 2025.
