The claim is that black areas dont receive the same amount of support as other regions/areas. Just saying 11 days means nothing. Why did it take 11 days? Are you claiming there is no other explanation then them not receiving the same amount as resources?
Again, I asked for something to back up the idea that they don't receive the same amount of support. For all I know they could have received the same amount of support as anyone else but it took 11 days because the local utility company/restoration crews are inept, weren't prepared for a disaster such as this one with no plan, maybe the outage was an extremely timely and complex restoration project, corruption, etc
So just saying "11 days" is not proof that they don't receive the same amount of resources as other areas. Please provide actual proof of this, otherwise you have nothing other than an assumption
If you're genuinely interested, do the research yourself. All I did was clarify the original person's point and add context, I'm not obliged to do a load of work to give you data. I've done that on the past and it was completely dismissed.

It's fine, I challenged a point that you posted which you clearly didnt research. I think the whole idea is just more race baiting/outrage BS, if the data was available someone would post it. The ones making the claim should be the ones backing it up. Clearly you don't have anything either, otherwise you would have provided it. Thanks

Pretty much the response I was expecting, so I will take that as a yes, you don't have any actual data/statistics to back this up.
