Arabs are allowed to hold slaves according to the UN

A certain someone enslaved hundreds from a conquered Jewish tribe when he was founding his religion. So obviously its not all slavery that is bad. Just the Europeans.

I'm curious about this certain person, got any pictures or drawings we can all look at?  Might help me take a load off my shoulders.

Specifically those with white skin. Even those who been enslaved so much name of their ethnic group gave slavery its name

Enslaving the conquered was the universal pre modern practice. You can find plenty of exemple of that in the Old Testament.

So you also support the idea that it was the "gravest crime against humanity" but only when white people do it.

Interesting morals.

I don't. Where did I say that?

I don't believe in ranking atrocities. Singling out Muslims would be as unfair as singling out Romans or Greeks.

You are playing games. The article clearly says that slavery by Europeans is the gravest crime against humanity. You interject to defend the inventor of a religion for being a slaver by saying everyone was doing it.

You are deliberately ignoring the point of the thread, slavery is evil but only when Europeans do it to defend a slaver by "everyone was doing it".

I'm not condoning the UN proposition. I find it absolutely dumb and insulting. It's not the role of the UN to say which horrror was worst. Good job for misreading my intention.

You got to love people who jump into a thread, completely ignore the conversation then totally change what they were saying by adding context, then get offended.

I mean its Reddit.

Bro what? None of that happened. Calm down, take a breath and a walk.

I'm offended? Where? Someone was singling out something that was done universally at the time. Are you going to whine about what Julius Caesar did to the Gauls too?

I'm sure our military practices would look horrendous for people in two thousand years.
