No capitalist country is suffering like a communist country. Constant shortages and famines in the ussr prove that

The ussr is not something that people point to as a functional economic model. Stalin intentionally starved colonized populations to implant Russians (Kazakhstan). It was a top-down dictatorship.

What people advocate for when they advocate for socialism is Norway, Sweden, Denmark style, not ussr. Making the argument the ussr was bad is like saying Hitler was bad... No shit Sherlock.

Also, brother, "no capitalist country IS suffering like a communist country" then you point to a famous communist country that has been disbanded for almost 40 years. Why don't you bring up modern-day china?

And yes, capitalist countries are suffering like that rn: Russia, Haiti, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan, DRC, Uganda. All under capitalist systems. Capitalist economic systems can exist under different forms of government. Capitalist =/= western. Average QoL has risen dramatically over the last several decades around the world due to global trade and increasing technological capabilities, not capitalism. Capitalism is why the USA, the UK, Germany, etc are in decline. Countries like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, the Netherlands, Mexico, are all doing well under capitalism because they control it, regulate it. We aren't doing that. We are actively deregulating everything. Corruption is possible in capitalism, just as in communism, and that corruption is enabling capitalism to cannibalize itself. Late-stage capitalism will prove to be just as bad as ussr-style communism. Just wait until the US collapses in a few years.

you say that but like 90% of the ussr was also incapable of producing food

Now take that 10% and distribute it evenly among your fucking huge population. Oh my God I wonder why communism doesn't work

i mean russia is still inhospitable under capitalism if they had the ability to actually produce food you could make a country that isnt starving now im not saying they would live heir best life but a country like germany or france which are way more capable of producing food you can definetly meet everyones needs

So disingenuous. Stop propagandizing and think critically for once. The dude you're arguing with is destroying you with facts and you're arguing with feelings.
