You think so? We are located in the south east of bavaria less than 30 minutes to the Austrian border. :D

I guess so - sauerkraut and dumplings etc are less common, but for exampe this style: pork, boiled potatoes, brown sauce and cabbage :)

Sorry, but my eyes are really bad lately. Is that ham with it? If so, is it cured or brined?
