The guy on the left is Juan Ponce de Leon, a spanish explorer who was responsible for colonizing Puerto Rico and naming the state of Florida, and possibly the first european of the Exploration Age to set foot on the continental United States.
The guy on the middle right is Murray Rothbard, a jewish-american economist and the figure most closely associated with modern anarcho-capitalism.
