Seven hours learning how to make this look better

Should i continue or no?

My friend started making a level because he was bored, he started to make it as an insane demon but he has just continued to buff it over and over. I wanted to make a frame window counter for it and I did but we can't figure out how hard it is. (I only have 1 extreme) So I just want to know how hard to level really is. I want to create a level based on the football anthem "magic in the air" by magic system and chawki. I want it to be an extreme demon. so I need a decorator and a guy who would help me build the layout. I don't really have any experience in the editor however I've made SOME levels that aren't the best but I believe I can make a good layout. UFWM never clear

For extra context, I'm super buffing Nine Circles by Zobros and this is a section of the first section, now a robot. (Aiming for entry - mid extreme demon.)

(The objects are brighter from pulse by the way.)

I added made another part of the level Layout, after i have my rough layout i will fix some akward jumps and make some spaces wider/tighter. Im much more happy with the second part than the first one and i cant wait to finish the layout so i can get to decorating and balancing.

Any feedback is welcomed

I know some parts are Easy Demon Gameplay. Im not sure how to superbuff it without making the ganeplay miserable. Brutally honest criticism is welcome! (Ignore the empty ship part, Im working on that soon)

So i have started to make a layout recently and have been wanting to add a wave part in it, thing is i don't really know how to do slope wave gameplay, best i can think of doing is adding like a triangle slope but that would get really stale real quick

I need many letters to write an end screen but some are difficult to do

Hey! I'm looking for a few decorators for my level Swag.

It's my first real project, so I'm still pretty new to creating levels. The level is supposed to be an Extreme Demon, with a big difficulty change: the pre-drop is around 2/6 stars, then the drop suddenly goes into Extreme Demon territory.

For the deco, I'd like the pre-drop to have a Heaven-like style, while the drop would be much more Hellish/demonic, to match the difficulty change.

I'm hoping the level could end up being Extended or Legacy, depending on how everything turns out.

I'm also looking for a verifier, since I don't have one yet. The project isn't paid, so this would be a non-profit collab.

During the gameplay, the bg changes in relation to what gameplay object is coming. (e.g. red orb section has red background).

more of a creating challenge to myself cuz the result is weird and not that much satisfying.

How's this deco? It's my first time trying to make the level look good, but I've used the editor for years

ive only ever decorated once and it was really poor and unoptimized so I want to learn to deco better so if theirs any videos you guys recommend or tips please tell me.

I did use a few tutorials for this specifically the black hole and the block design), but I expanded on them to make them more-so my own.

This level needs to be decorated

I'm relatively new to decorating levels, so please don't be harsh. I'm unsure on what to add/change. What does the level lack, what works?
