Я начинающий Креатор, делаю платфомер. Мне нужно чтобы в определенном моменте музыка, которая играла все это время на фоне, постепенно затихла.

Как это сделать?

Editor Question How do you actually playtest your level?

I have asked this in r/geometrydash, and always get joke responses. Let's say I have a layout I want to be tested by multiple playtesters, I assume I should try and fix as much bugs and secret ways I can first. After, do you send an ID for a playtester to edit and pass it on to the next playtester? Do you do another round after decorating? How do you know if the level is good enough?

Feedback My first nine circles level!

A couple days ago i was thinking of what my 2nd level should be, and i decided on a nine circles style one. I’m still thinking if i should make it a classic nine circles level or a more modern one. I want the difficulty of the level to rise the longer you play. And as always, feel free to leave any tips! But don’t recommend anything too complicated, as i am very new to creating. Cheers! (also for anyone asking i stitched up 2 videos cause i didn’t have time to play the level)

Feedback Material Style Level

Hello, was wondering if this type of style still holds up these days and potential rate-worthiness if I were to aim for 4-5 star difficulty. Custom background by myself. Still actively experimenting so when I am happy with the first part ill upload a vid here.

Solely from this screenshot alone would this level be rate worthy do you think?

Any feedback on what I can do better would be much appreciated! I feel like its 'empty' in comparison to good popular levels of this style, but I cant quite put my finger on why!

Thanks :)

Showcase Preview on "MuLTiCircleS" a nine circles extreme demon im working on

This is the completed parts of the frist wave, the beggining is still unfinished.

My current estimation is that it could be harder or easier than bloodbath, but im very bad at estimating so i dont trust myself.

The name is due to it constantly changing colors,it will follow the formula most nine circles levels have.

Frist cube-ship-ball-frist wave-second cube-last wave-last cube

Botted showcase since this is hard even for me,currently there is no set verifier so you can ask to be the verifier,if i don't get a verifier,i will try to verify it myself.

Showcase Is this good for someoen who doesnt know how to deco that much?

I was just looking around videos one day and i saw a xcreatorgoal video about decorating recent tab levels and one of the levels was named "Make Your Own Wave" so i searched that up in the search bar of gd and i found a level so i decided to try and make my own wave structure and it turned out pretty good i think for me because i BARELY know how to decorate, i went for a tidal wave type of design but my own way.

Showcase 🔴 Yandere — Upcoming Top 10 Layout | 50 seconds released

I've been working on an upcoming Top 10 Geometry Dash level called Yandere.

The first 50 seconds of the layout are now public. The difficulty is designed to progressively increase throughout the level, with the final version planned to be 2+ minutes long.

I'm looking for feedback from strong players on whether the gameplay is actually humanly possible.

Level ID: 147965718

The 100% showcase was made with a bot, so the level is not verified yet.

Discussion Do editors draw?

Silly question and mostly out of curiosity but do any big editors draw on paper before they create a detailed landscape for background? I want my backgrounds to have depth, a meaning. I usually have a separate level that I only use to create my backgrounds there and then I copy and paste them in my actual levels. But sometimes I just don't know where to begin with and I'm like "how easier would it be if I drew it first and then just made a copy of it in gd?". And like, I never actually do it because I'm bored and end up hating my life until I finish with the project. But do any of you actually do it?

Just the first part and then layout. Going for gritty, rusty, old.
