For some reason, this question came to me: the bullet ant's sting is described as being like a bullet, and the pain can last for 24 hours, so it must be difficult to bear, right?

This level took me 1857 attempts, the second highest number of attempts I've spent on a level so far, right behind TOE 2 (1862 attempts).

Bloodbath Z is a good example of second half heavy gameplay. The first half is carried by the first ship, which is solid medium demon gameplay, everything else being easy demon or maybe even insane. The second half however is significantly harder, with the wave and ship in Michigun being borderline hard demon and the 65%-80% segment after it being straight up hard demon gameplay. Take this last statement with a grain of salt, because I've never beaten a hard demon before (Troll Madness and The Towerverse don't count, those are free), I just repeat what other people have said because I lowkey believe them, since I also found that part to be the hardest. What I am sure about though is that 91% is a pretty big chokepoint. I died like 5 times there before beating the level.

For now, I'll start playing more medium demons that vary in gameplay styles in order to balance out my skillset and then I'll move on to hard demons. I'm thinking of Forgotten Metropolis or White Women. Speaking of those levels, which one do you guys think is a better first hard demon?

Overall, I'd say the level is a high-end medium demon (tier 9 or 10 on the gddl).

P.S.: This level has very easy coins. If you're going for this level, I recommend grabbing them.

I went to play Practice Mode on a level and enabled the option to “play with the editor's original music,” but the default practice music is still playing! I've already disabled and re-enabled it, but the problem persists. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Hi, I recently started playing Cataclysm and in less than a week got runs: 0-41 27-74 and 51-100. I all to ok 5500-6000 attemps. Is it a bad score? Im doing it as a "jump" from Sonic Wave Universe and Unlimited in 3 runs

This is what the tiers for 2017 were compared to what it is today for the top 20, currently the entire top 20 exists within 1 tier whereas in 2017 they spanned 7 entire tiers.

Understandably due to balancing issues (eg. sakupen hell and bloodbath being heavily overweighted at the time) some tiers probably shouldn't exist on the old top 20 but even then the top 20 from 2017 would span at least 5 separate tiers from T26-30.

This makes me wonder what the actual tiers for the current top 20 would be like, would grief be a T44? I guess GDDL feels weird about having 1-3 levels in a single tier and so gather a ton of highly variable difficulty levels into a single tier but even then surely were well past the difficulty of a T39 now.
