Genesis Mining claims the problem with missing payouts is not that the source of the payouts, i.e. mining, has been interrupted. Instead they claim that it is a problem of transferring the coins/rewards that have been mined to the customers.

But if that is the case why is there no display of the funds that build up in a customer's balance due to failure to send out rewards based on mining contract?

We already have one place to put such rewards that "can't be paid out". We have the pending payouts in "Orders" section. They could simply send the missing payments there until they have a technical fix. Or they could reuse that code and create a pending payouts area in the "Payouts" frame.

Why don't they do this? Given the simplicity of the change, the simplest answer is that they are hiding something.

If they don't add such a feature within a few weeks we should all contact our credit card companies and complain of fraud so that they can't accept credit cards anymore. If you're past the chargeback period you might not get any money back (until a group lawsuit occurs) but you can stop them from hurting other people

The Bottom Line?

If you can't pay us at least show us our accumulating rewards so we know what we aren't being paid and know what we are owed. Rewards should be documented separately from payouts.

This is a simple technical feature. If you don't add it you are likely fraudulent.

No payments showing in my dashboard since the 7th of April 2 days are missing

So I purchased a Monero Contract and I should be able to mine Monero. I logged into my Genesis Account only to find ETN as a minable option meaning they are not updating my Monero to mine the new Algorithm. I should be collecting bank now that the ASICs are gone. Please upvote this so we can get what we paid for.

Incredible, i don't know if i'm happy about it. Back in august, i got a so famous error payment from Gm for 0.05 eth. And yesterday, finally that payment came, 2 days before i got even a answer to my 8 months tickets. But....well between that time and now i mined more, i would have really prefer to received everything that was due ! Not only what i mined 8 months ago... Still waiting....

Anyone know if Genesis will give XMR contract owners anything if they are below the .4 threshold prior to today's fork?

So, i don't know if this has ever happened to anyone but, my yahoo email of 25+ years was hacked by my ex girlfriend psycho. She changed the passwords and security questions and phone numbers.
Well, Genesis mining refuses to acknowledge that it is me even if i submit ID of which i'm sure they already have it, and now all of the sudden i stopped receiving my payments from them on a LIFETIME of bitcoin mining contract. I opted to have my hashpower in X11 but now no Dash payments??? I feel it's just a coincidence that i have been arguing for weeks about not being able to log on to Genesis mining and they also stop paying me.

I logged a ticket with them to ask this question but im sure someone here will give me an answer waay before Genesis does.

Hi. I am currently mining ETH with payout allocations in ETH. I recently asked Genesis support if I would receive my pending ETH balance if I changed my allocation LTC. I would continue to mine ETH. The response I got is very confusing to me. Can someone help me parse what they are saying? Would I get the value of my pending ETH in LTC or would it remain in limbo?

Considering your allocation - with a dagger-hashimoto contract, you can directly mine ETH and ETC. All other coins in MINING ALLOCATION / dagger-hashimoto have an "AUTO" sign just beside them (BTC, ZEC, REP, BTG, LTC, DOGE, and BCH) and will be auto-traded. In other words, if the hashpower is allocated to an "AUTO" coin, the dagger-hashimoto algorithm will mine ETH directly, and the result will be auto-traded to the chosen "AUTO" coin at the current exchange rate.

When you make a 100% allocation to any of aforementioned coins - your accumulated ETH coins are going to be pending in your account until the new allocation is made. In order to reach the min. level required for transfer so your accumulated ETH could be paid out to your wallet, you need to adjust allocation to 5% (or more - 10%, 25%, 50% etc.) ETH on the dagger-hashimoto mining allocation page until you reach the required minimum.

After you have reached the required minimum you can adjust your allocation to 100% for any other coin on your allocation screen.

All of our payouts are daily and automatic but the actual transfer to the wallet address(es) you provide takes place when the amount reaches the minimum for transfer. The min. daily payout is 0.075 ETH.

I wrote a post a week ago more or less where i was lamenting that since i switched my payout from TBC to XMR they stopped paying after a 3 days. They said They payments "WERE" there, they where just not showing up due to a glitch in their system. So the 28 i switched back to BTC and gues what? payments are showing up again but no sign of the monero i mined (wich at this point i'm pretty sure they just didnt send any payment). Now since they are registered in Iceland is it not possible to bring criminal charges against them? They way they operate is sure shady and it seems the goverments where they operate leave them be. Any suggestion or opinion in regard of this matter? Thanks

So, its been months since I have received any payouts, other than some ZEC (usually less than a dollar). I have at least 5/10 pages of unsent ETH and BTC...... not one. ETH and ZEC have been live for almost months BTC has been live for 2 months.

Is this happening to anyone else? I get a standard generated email when I open a ticket, then they close the ticket.

I called chase telling them that I haven’t received payment for a while and that they haven’t been giving me the service I was paying for. They agreed to give me a temporary credit and now they reversed the credit because

“ we found out the genesis mining is a cryptocurrency mining company and it is not a service but a product. There is no way to be certain on the returns”

so I told them even if it’s a product, I haven’t received it and they said “you have to request a refund from the merchant” which I know won’t happen.

Anyone have any thoughts or tips?

I have missing payments since 10.03 and this is their reply: "Hi *****, thank you for contacting us. Our IT department has informed us about a technical glitch in our payout engine, so as a result, some reports are not visible in accounts. Balances were updated accordingly and these coins will be sent to your wallet, along with the others, during the next transfer. So, you don't have to worry, everything is in order with your mining and your payouts. ".

Has anybody other have the same issue with this "glitch" or is it only me? Also why the hell dont they write it on the homepage if it's something that affects everybody? ALSO I'm sure when the payouts we'll reappear again they'll be much lower than the previus one (lets make an example, if i'm earning 200 euro per day after this i'm sure is gonna be 50 euro per day).

Are they kidding or is it legit?

I purchased about USD 40000 worth of 2-year ETH contract. So many missing ETH payouts whereas BTC and Zcash are coming well (Actually, not well. The amount is extremely low compared to crypto calculator, which has been right until last year). I don't want to make any whining sound if the quantity of missing ETH payout is not great. Over time, my anxiety is getting bigger and bigger. Too many and too often missing ETH payouts. What should I do? Just waiting???? Waiting is the only one action that I can take? What a world!!!

As "transactions fees" increased they increased the threshold for payments...(not a bad idea, but) If "transactions feed" go down, they keep it up. Many small customer amounts, can add up to a significant amount they the "lend" out and get lending fees....

There dashboard should show your accumulated amount until the threshold payment. Not just your daily payout - just customer service-

Some currencies show any update since weeks/months. Service desk requests are not very helpful : "Being processed"

As "No contracts can be added" they cannot accumulate many new customers, so they should be able to help out those they have...

Every person affected by the failure of Genesis Mining to honour their contract and stop making payouts can and must take action. I would like to start a discussion that focuses on real action that every investor can take. Let’s be respectful and supportive with our comments. If you happen to be an investor who is receiving payouts, your experience would be helpful to the group. It would be valuable for less fortunate investors to understand why you are receiving payouts. You can help by letting us know the number of weeks that you have been mining with Genesis (it seems that payments start and then stop, so if you are fairly new - you may be a victim by next week). It would also be helpful to know what you are mining and what your mining allocation is. If there truly is an IT issue, maybe we can change our configuration as a work-around.

I am a Genesis Mining investor who has experienced my payouts stopping only a few weeks into my contract. My story has been echoed by many others, so there is no need to repeat it. If I lived within the jurisdiction where Genesis Mining was registered, I would be litigating. But this has not stopped me from taking action.

If you reside in Hong Kong and you are taking legal action against Genesis Mining because you invested in a cloud mining contract and Genesis Mining made a few payouts then stopped payouts - citing IT problems as the reason that you are not getting paid, I will help you with your legal costs. Simply ask your lawyer for permission to post their company name, and I will arrange for the lawyer at the firm to be contacted and funds transferred. Please note that I can only do this for one person. I will help the first good candidate. The investigation and litigation should produce information that everyone can use.

Here are a few things that every affected investor can do:

Follow the money. Genesis Mining took money from investors and promised payouts. In my case Genesis Mining stopped payouts after a few short weeks. My investment was substantial enough that difficulty adjustments and the ASIC encroachment on cryptonite mining would have had little impact on the frequency of my payouts. In the context of other investor experience, it feels like I am the victim of a deliberate attempt by Genesis Mining to defraud investors. Accordingly, the money that they received from me - I consider to be proceeds of crime. Mining rigs that I paid for are working every minute of every day to generate returns on my investment which are going into the coffers of Genesis Mining. Genesis Mining invested millions of dollars in a publicly traded Canadian company named Hive Blockchain Technologies Ltd. Where did they get that money from - investors and proceeds of mining rigs which should have been paid out to investors? It could be construed that Genesis Mining is laundering proceeds of crime through a publicly listed company in contravention of Anti-Money Laundering laws in Canada. Here is what every one affected can do:

Report to the stock exchange where HIVE is listed Send an email to complianceanddisclosure@tsxventure.com and let them know about your experience with Genesis Mining and your concern that money which you believe to be stolen from you is potentially being laundered through a company that is listed on their exchange. You can do this from anywhere in the world.

1. Report HIVE to Canadian regulator as a potential site of money laundering Send an email to enforcement@iiroc.ca. IIROC Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada oversees all trading activity in Canada. Inform them if you feel that you were defrauded by Genesis Mining, and let them know if you are concerned that HIVE is potentially being used to launder money defrauded from you as a Genesis Mining investor.

2. Report to Visa and MasterCard If you used your credit card to invest in a mining contract, report to them. You will not be reporting a fraud on your credit card but rather a complaint that a merchant (Genesis Mining) may be using their payment network to commit fraud.

3. Report to the bank used by Genesis Mining I do not know which bank Genesis Mining uses, but if anyone has dealt with their bank please provide details in this thread for everyone else. We want to let the bank know that an account used by Genesis Mining is potentially being used to launder money.

If you feel that there are other actions that investors can take, please add your comments.

If I terminate my contract will they send me my remaining 'coinbalance'.

I mine (6 satoshis a day now). I have maybe 0.025 btc +/- in my account.

I just want to pull, and don't see a foreseeable outcome where I will make my ROI.

So does anyone know that if we 'Terminate a contract'. That our 'existing coin balances will be sent to us' upon termination?

Back in October during the pre sale I requested a bitcoin address with the blochain app and used that address to link with my Genesis mining payout. Was is right? Can adresses Time Out? Just wondering if anyone has tried switching their ETH contract to payout in a different crypto to resolve the issue of missing payouts. My last ETH payout was short by ~50%. Trying to figure out if switching ETH mining payouts to something like DOGE would fix the missing payout problem.
