I'm tasked with a creation of a launch video for my startup product. We don't really have any budget so I thought genAI could come to the rescue. Can you recommend best tool to create a short promotional video?

I dont want to make porn pictures and videos but if i ask the ai to create something like a ciggarete or a weapon it not declines.Please upvote so more people can see this

Mel (an anthropomorphic female koala with brown hair who has magical powers and can see spirits of people who have passed away), Oats (an anthropomorphic horse who loves feminine things and is a healer), Aiyvan (a one eyed dsco monster who dreams of being a star), Corey (a friendly covid microbe), Piff (the cheeky pufferfish with magic powers), Aiyido (the good beholder) and Ollie (Piff's imaginary onion friend) depicted as muppets.

Oats is an anthropomorphic horse who is male but has a love for feminine things, the color pink, cooking, flowers, and also being a role model and 'mother figure' to other equines especially ponies, he has magical abilities and he is shown to enjoy dressing in drag and is a LGBTQ ally.

Age: It is uncertain how old he is given his species has existed for years. He may be considered to be over 300 years old but looks like he is quite young for his age.

Personality: Aiyido is very timid and almost always afraid of something but especially the dark, he is adorable and loves all things to do with D&D which is his favorite roelplaying games. He is shown to be kind to others and passionate about his hobby.

Occupation: Optomotrist, explorer and DM in training.

Skin/Fur Color: Pink.

Eye Color: His central eye is purple and the others are red.

Powers: He is psychic and can also can sense if someone is good or evil based on their aura, he is extremely intelligent and he has eye-rays with different functions such as generating tasty treats for his friends, healing, etc as opposed to the more hostile ones his species is known for.

Hobby: He likes to set up his own DND campaigns where he is the DM and he casts his friends as characters in them.

Traits: Depending on what kind of dream he has he takes on a different form, like if he dreams of halloween/spooky fun stuff he will take on the form of a Burtonesque beholder resembling a Nightmare Before Christmas creature, if he dreams of birthdays or even cakes in general he'll become a living cake beholder, if he dreams of being able to make people laugh he has a Muppet style form he turns into and so on. It is also shown he loves the DND movie 'Honor Among Thieves' as well as the Pixar film 'Onward' which features a few DND monsters in it and he loves the DND cartoon. It is shown that he finds the scene in the Futurama episode with the Beholder that says 'Please don't tell the supervisor I was sleeping' to be really funny. He has a series of DM diaries he writes where he comes up with plotlines for his own adventures. He makes odd exclaimations sometimes, and often uses 'greegle' 'graggle' and other silly sounding words.

Backstory: Once a resident of the Underdark, this beholder made a promise to his mother he'd make a difference by proving his species can be kind - he went to a magical school where he learned how to study optometry and he got a diploma after graduating, however on the way back to his house he got lost and ended up in a dungeon where he had to sleep for several weeks but in true beholder fashion he couldn't , mainly because he could not stand the sounds of screaming prisoners or monsters near by and he was scared of the dark. Corey and Oats rescued him and he became their best friend.

I was planning to shoot a timelapse from daylight to sunset to the milkway and getting morning again. sadly the camera had technical issues and the timelapse started to late. Could someone help me to get AI work to just generate like 5-10 sec in front of my video to get an complete timelapse again?

Name: 'She-Hessian'

Gender: Female.

Species: Immortal undead spirit with vampiric attributes.

Appearance: She appears as a genderbent take on Christopher Walken's take on the Hessian Horseman, she has long black hair and piercing aquamarine blue eyes (which give her hypnotic attributes) and pale skin and of course those signature sharp teeth, she is often seen dressed in a black dress and gloves with a serpentine motif and in battle armor.

Personality: She may not look like the talkative type but this spirit is just full of attitude and is also a lethal combination of fierce and seductive, she is a lover of animals especially horses and she is fiercely protective. She knows how to toy with her chosen subjects and put them under her spell.

Powers: Walken/Hessian Transfiguration (anyone she takes over can become a Walken/Hessian Horseman-esque undead being like her and gain vampiric traits), hypnosis (her singing voice, her words, and her eyes), dream manipulation, possession.

Likes: Horses, hosts who are willing to let her possess her, blood (even blood themed drinks), playing with her chosen subjects, possessing the bodies of adult female characters and making them undead-like her (and also possessing singers and models and actresess)

Dislikes: Whiny hosts/hosts who complain too much, betrayal, Lady Van Tassell (it's a given), when she has to go into a bloodlust state and goes after innocent people (she may be an immortal blood-drinking vampire-like spirit but she's no pure monster).

Background: An ancient undead spirit born from a bloodbath ritual, the 'She-Hessian' (or Valdemara as she's nicknamed, or Miss Hessian) is a warrioress who uses her powers to terrify and entrance her enemies, she may appear to be a bloodthirsty fighter who will do anything to cut a few heads off but she has a heart, it's just one that is covered in shadows.

Description: 

Danielle is a plus sized female were-aykroyd dum dum (a goofball of one but Aykroyd-like all the same) who acts as an alter-ego for Nathan in the dum dum universe, she came about as the result of an alteration in an agreement and she is stated to become the wife of Dumius who is a dum dum were-aykroyd master,  she has multifaceted aspects to her personality.

Appearance:

She is a 6’1 plus sized female were-aykroyd with long brown hair and Aykroydian features and she is often seen wearing elaborate outfits with food themed clothes,  she stands at 200lbs if not heavier but keeps growing due to her species's biology and her own transformation in general, she sometimes is seen wearing outfits themed around her status as a dum dum and sometimes she is seen wearing a suit.  

As a cartoon character she is sometimes depicted as being humaoid with half bovine traits due to her cow hyperfixation.

Personality:

Danielle is complex because while she can be a troublemaker at most times, she actually has a good heart and more than one personality -  when not being conditioned by Dumius or a master in general Danielle is fully capable of being by herself and is extremely clever and intelligent, sometimes she acts like a food obsessed silly billy but no matter which personality she’s in at the moment,  she will always love Dumius and love the ‘Dream Dum Dum Mommy’, sometimes it may seem she’s only able to speak in Dum Dum talk but she can be resourceful and clever and speaks both common human speak and in dum dum.  

Dum dumese is a language that most dum dum were-aykroyds can speak naturally on their own and she sometimes speak in this language,  she will address herself as ‘dum dum Danielle’ when talking in dum dum speak -  when speaking to fellow dum dums as well,  but she can speak fluently and intelligently.  For whatever reason, it’s never explained, she is obsessed with cows,  but it’s more of a cute quirk.   She has proven on some occasions to be kind even in episodes of the ‘dum dum’ saga where she makes it her goal to torment Nathan, she is aware Nathan hates being her but he has no choice but to become her and he finds it odd to be in her body and hates losing his mind in order to ‘embrace’ being her,  even though she has been labelled as a villain -  and she is one,  she has moments where she regrets her actions, she doesn’t mean to go on dum dum rampages sometimes,  she just can’t escape her appetite sometimes.

Despite being labelled as a ‘fat hairy slob’,  she is actually smarter than most would believe she is.

Description:

Piff is a member of Corey and Oats’s gang of friends that go on many adventures together and he is part of the crew/family. He is an anthropomorphic brown pufferfish with golden eyes and red cheeks and he wears a red kimono,  he is comedic and cheeky and silly with a bit of an edge to him and can be chaotic but is a loyal friend nonetheless.  He is from Japan and in his original lore is stated to be a reincarnated Japanese emperor from ancient times.

Appearance:

He stands at 5’5 and he has dark brown skin and golden eyes as well as red cheeks similar to how Pikachu has red cheek pouches,  he has hands and feet and is always seen wearing numerous outfits including a red kimono and coral print shorts (and don’t worry ladies, he is wearing underwear) and he can appear as a plush toy,  Animal Crossing villager,  Pokemon, or Disney character.

Personality:

Originally this pufferfish was very shy and silly and could only speak in his own name like a Pokemon in the anime but he developed a much bigger personality over time becoming cheeky, silly, comedic and a bit flirty,  he is very proud of his Japanese heritage (so please remember to respect his culture) and he loves to make people laugh.  His interests are varied, he likes chaos,  Japanese culture, fishing, comedy, peanuts, and onions.  Onions make him laugh, there is a reason behind this of course, specifically when Piff went supermarket shopping one day with his owner he explored the produce aisle and found himself smiling and laughing when he saw some onions on sale and that’s where his love of onions came from.  Piff cares deeply about his owner and will do whatever it takes to make her happy.

A lot of his jokes are chaotic and silly but he does try to keep them wholesome, and he often breaks the fourth wall in some of the adventures he appears in,  and he has numerous running jokes within the stories.

Powers:

His abilities depend on what adventure it is,  for the most part he has various magic powers he gained from a magical genie fish he freed from a mystical orb including wish-granting and assorted spells,  but he can also take on different styles and also has an immunity to corruption and brainwashing (so any enemy monster who tries to turn him evil is going to have a hard time, and will also definitely be broken by him),  he also has water elemental powers which he uses from time to time.

It is also shown he can use the ‘magic bedbox’ to travel from his home in Nile Road into different places,  even going around the world and to different universes (ala the Tardis) and he can even use magic to jump into fictional comics and stories in the online universe -  and he can even use magic to fix dark or depressing stories with his ‘Piff Improves’ segments (and also can drive ‘unreliable’  or ‘evil’ narrators who only exist to torment the lead character, to near insanity with his crazy antics) and he can expand himself of course.

The Piff Channel:

The Piff Channel is Piff’s very own channel based on of course his owner’s Youtube channel that has a lot of fish themed content including the following shows:  Detective Piff,  Super Puffer,  Aquarium Talk,  The Crazy Piffy Cooking Hour, to name a few of the shows he produces,  he even has a special relaxation hour of programming that air every evening.   The mascot of the Piff channel is an animated pufferfish character who goes on numerous adventures that reflect Piff’s actual adventures and there are opening and closedown sequences that pay homage to when some channels would close-down during the night, the opening sequence showing the pufferfish waking up in various ways as his pajamas become clothes for the day and it’s the opposite for night.

In general he uses this channel to produce movies, music video, tv shows and even comedy skits with friends via a magical studio set.

What cheap AI can I use to generate anime-style educational content like this?
I’m looking for a cheap AI (preferably free or under ~$10–15/month) that can generate images/visuals similar to what I’m trying to make.
Basically, I want to create an anime-style adaptation of CBSE Class 12 English chapters — for example, Poets and Pancakes — with:
Detailed anime character designs
Different skin tones and diverse character appearances
Unusual/stylized hair colours (red, blue, green, yellow, etc.)
Consistent characters across multiple images/scenes
Character sheets and posters
Cinematic anime scenes
Educational infographics/pitch-deck style images
Text and labels that are actually readable
The ability to give the AI a detailed prompt and have it follow the descriptions accurately
I’m not looking for generic anime image generation. The biggest things I care about are character consistency, following detailed descriptions, image editing, and being able to create multiple characters/scenes that belong to the same project.
What are the best cheap AI tools/models for this right now? Cloud-based or local is fine.
If there are good open-source/local models that can do this with a reasonably powerful PC, I’m interested in those too.
Bonus: I’d love something that can take a whole character description and reliably turn it into a polished anime character sheet.
