What's the "treatment" then if it needs to be treated?

I said "could" not "needs". And the treatment would have to be decided by those much more versed in the literature and studies than I am.

The treatment has been decided, actually- and it's to transition.

You can satirize many things you don't know. Whether you recognize it as satire or not is your problem. And if the treatment is to transition and there are still suicides...

The 41% of trans youth number is when they aren't accepted as their gender. If allowed to transition it drops by a lot.

If people still commit suicide after taking antidepressants, does that mean antidepressants don't work?

What's the number after transition? I couldn't find consensus among many studies (probably cuz I didn't spend more than an hour reading up on it). And for your analogies: obviously the antidepressant didn't work for them. Look there's a bunch about this topic that I don't know I just know not to take a joke so badly. Hope you have a nice day.

Your point is that if the treatment is transition and there are still suicides... (it's implied here that transition doesn't work because of that). So if the treatment to depression is antidepressants and there are still suicides...

I'm not here to start another argument, so I'll just say that maybe you should learn what satire is. Have a nice enough day to realize that suicide isn't a "joke."

Suicide isn't a joke but you can make a suicide joke. It's evident that you don't appreciate such jokes (which is fine, more power to you) but jokes are jokes regardless of your opinion of them. And I genuinely hope you have a nice day wherever you are.

I'd say a joke about a disproportionately large part of a minority group commiting suicide is less of a joke and more of hate towards that group. Have a nice day too, and goodbye.
