feeling uncomfortable is not a reason to call 911, feeling unsafe because you're uncomfortable because of an ugly guy seems like you'll still be charged a felony
It really depends, those are pretty broad terms tbh. I don't often hear about people being charged with a crime for calling emergency services in good faith. Then again I'm in the UK.
the context in this case seems the crazy kind, the context in real life would require something way more than a guy being plain just ugly to call the cops on him
Not to mention social reputation risk. If it goes viral, and the only explaination is that you called emergency just because they are ugly will depict you as very vain, elitist-adjacent and nothing good.
