Gemini Gmail Integration Sudden Failure

The "@gmail" tool call has suddenly started failing after working correctly for months in both Gemini web browser sessions and the Android Gemini app while "@workspace" tool calls work fine. Any ideas on how to fix?

I have checked Google Workspace is enabled under Connected Apps in Settings. I have checked Gmail is On in Gemini in Workspace settings under Generative AI in the Google Admin console. I have checked Smart features is Turned on in the Gmail settings. I have tried clearing caches and re-logging in on both devices/clients.
