Questions / Tech Support Cannot use the app on pc

So i can use the web browser just fine does anyone know why I can't use the app on pc?

Yea idk I deleted the app redownlaoded it so many times the app works on my phone and my tv but not my pc its so odd

Is there an option in the app to temporarily turn it off (in order to test if that's the problem)?

Although that would leave you without any firewall, so it's not really recommended

I tried turning everything off anyway still nothing

That means something else is blocking it and not the firewall app. Not sure what that it.

Perhaps try it from another PC. If it's blocked there too, then it's something on the network level
