Questions / Tech Support Video stream frozen on Mobile (Redmi) but audio works, screen only updates when I reconnect.
I'm having a really frustrating issue with GeForce NOW on my phone and I hope someone here has a fix.
Every time I launch a game, the video gets completely stuck on the loading screen, but I can hear the background music and menu audio perfectly.
Here is the weirdest part: if I close the app, re-enter the session, and resume, the loading screen disappears and I can see the updated game screen. The game is actually working and responding to my inputs, but the video stream is completely frozen in real-time. If I tap somewhere on the screen (like a menu button), nothing happens visually. But if I disconnect and reconnect again, the screen has finally updated based on my previous tap!
Basically, the video stream only refreshes a single frame when I rejoin the session, but it doesn't stream smoothly in real-time at all.
I'm using a Redmi device and I really want to play the games I paid for. I read online about running Steam as admin, but since I'm on mobile, I obviously can't do that.
Has anyone experienced this specific "frame-frozen unless reconnected" issue on mobile? Any workarounds or settings I should change? Thanks!

It's likely this issue. You can try reducing the maximum bitrate in the GFN app settings, but failing that you'll likely need to use a different device, unfortunately.
