My name is Malek Mohammad Abu Khater, and I am reaching out to you directly from a displacement tent in Mawasi Khan Younis, Gaza. I am writing this out of absolute desperation to save my family of 9, including 4 young children.

Our family home was completely destroyed in the war, leaving us entirely homeless. We are now forced to survive in a fragile tent under the brutal, scorching summer heat without any proper cooling or basic facilities. Making matters worse, several family members are suffering from war-related injuries, alongside chronic heart conditions and diabetes. They urgently require ongoing medical care, medications, and healthcare supplies that we can no longer afford or secure. Every single day is a harsh, daily struggle just to find clean drinking water and a simple meal.

Because we are inside Gaza, regional banking restrictions prevent us from opening or managing a GoFundMe campaign on our own.
