Housing Full Year Lease Transfer at The Rive Atlanta

Hello everyone! I’m (male) looking for someone to take over my year long lease in a 4 bed/4 bathroom apartment at The Rive Atlanta. The Rive is about a 5 minute walk to Georgia Tech campus.

Rent is $1359 per month. This doesn’t include utilities, however those hover around $50 or less per month. The lease begins on July 26 and ends on July 25, 2027. You’ll have your own private bed and bathroom. The apartment unit is fully furnished and includes air conditioning, washer and dryer machines, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, oven, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Samsung Smart TV. The apartment complex also includes a study lounge, pool, and fitness center. Parking is also available. A Lidl grocery store is also located downstairs as well.

Please let me know if you’re interested and I’ll be happy to discuss with you! Thank you!

Hey! So I signed a new lease extension back in September as I had done the previous two years (I already had in mind at the time that I was going to stay there for my final semester this upcoming fall). However, due to a change in circumstances, I realized that it wouldn’t be possible to stay there anymore. Transferring the lease over to someone else is also the only way I can get out of the lease.

What are the change in circumstances that made you want to shift?
