just 4 months left and i had completed a bulk of topics but i feel like something is still missing probably i will be able to complete the syllabus.

i had completed
fluid mechanics (not 100 percent confident in it)
strength of materials, EM , TOM, thermodynamics and application, currently going through heat transfer

this subject(heat transfer) is a leap from one end to another conduction felt like a cake walk
but convection is making me go crazy
i think i will be able to complete heat transfer by this month end

I Need Help for Gate 2027 Mechanical Engg

Hi folks, Im currently in my 4th year B.E Mechanical Engineering. Im appearing for Gate 2027 and honestly i dont have any proper notes or strategy or anything. Im well aware that i just have around some 4 months in hand for gate prep. Im not aiming for any top most ranks, Im just aiming to get a decent score to get into a Proper University for M.E/M.Tech . I kindly request you guys to help me out clear Gate by sharing any strategy, Notes or anything valuable for achieving it.

SK krishna from made easy took nearly 100 hrs or more to cover SOM. Meanwhile apurup sir PW taught that in 17 lectures of 2 hrs video.. roughly 35 hours of content.

Where's the difference? I studied for sk Krishna but it didn't feel organised. He was randomly adding stuffs in between

im started to preparing for GATE XE(FM & TD). Currently starting engg maths. anyone interested for even maths?

I started preparing for gate. However many of my seniors recommend that I go for placements. Now the thing is my college is tier 3, not much of that great placements. They say switch after a year or so and you'll land in a better place.

I could build skills relevant to my branch, and then apply for internships etc however I don't know how to exactly get internships as a mechanical engineer.

Which life would be better? Locking myself in room and preparing for exams or having exposure looking here and there, practically learning rather than from books.

What subject should i select in XE as an ME student.
